Voice Tweaker is a pitch shifter with the ability to transpose the pitch of a monophonic signal (a voice or an instrument) up to two octaves, up or down. It does this without creating chipmunk or monster voices, unless you want to, because Voice Tweaker can also transpose the formant of the signal an equal amount of two octaves up or down.
Voice Tweaker also includes a fully fledged pitch correction section with MIDI control and an advanced modulation matrix.

Works in FL Studio! Produces interesting sounds. However the UI remains tiny, so you can't really see, what you select, unless you have a bed-sized TV monitor!

Loading this in FL64 (scaled).exe the UI gets beautifully large, but immediately stops reacting to my Wacom pen. Mouse as well gets super laggy, unusuable. So SCALED FL Studio for this doesn't work.

NOT REAL TIME!! While other newer voice tweaker plugins work real-time as you tweak / turn a knob, they produce the new sound immediately. This one always stops sound playback as soon as you touch any setting. You have to restart your song / sound effect in FL Studio, which totally kills creativity. Maybe this plugin worked in olden times..

In newer / modern Goldwave: the UI of this plugin is large, which is good, but unfortunately throws an exception, so this doesn't work.

Don't even try this in new audio editors, like Acoustica 7 - 64 Bit, won't work.
