put the update of this vst, but there is no pre-existing the vst to install.

Firstly for you to understand the content of this 'update':

In fact, it contains the updates 'v2.2.1' for the 3 'H.E.Audio Poetic Guitars' products. As at this moment, only the 'Poetic Guitar Rainlotus' is available within our Forum, you can then only update one of these 3 products.
You must then use the update (content) of the 'PGR' folder, the others two are useless for the moment (apart if you own them, of course !).

And in my opinion... yes, it makes sense to update to the 'v2.2.1', because this update certainly fixes some 'little bugs' or enhance others functions...
