Ok, i got it now man, i had placed it in the mixbus folder. it worked just like you said man. sorry bout that quick assumption. thanks for straightening me out, cant wait to try it.

Strange way of doing it! The text file (e.g. license key Harrison mixbus 2) has to be placed on the desktop. At least, that's the way it worked for me. Thanks again!

hey ! i literaly just signed up to ask this (although i have been using this site for some time now).. i did understand that the license has to be put in the desktop, but when installing i get an error message saying 'error 1320.The specefied path is too long C:\Documents and Settings\All Users.' then have to cancel the instalation... any help??

MIDI ports are NOT supported in the initial Mixbus release for Windows ( v2.0.5 )
We will announce support for MIDI ports in the future.

I did that 5 times.. each time I was greeted with a crash. Uninstalled and re-installed twice.
Same thing over and over..

VSTs work fine for me but it doesn't read my waves shell so i prob wont use it to much, but its definetly a cool daw, with a lot of unique features. its been a little glitchy for me though.

:s dunno, you see da other people had opened their vst plugins succesfully, in my case waves cant be loaded :s so perhaps a update can solve your/our problems

[EDIT] I also am having problems with it crashing on loading plugs. Will keep working on the prob, though. I can't imagine they released it with poor vst support. Will post back if I get it worked out! :) M
