Channel 1

Error 28 during activation (Check the license code and try again) tried both in standalone and vst with 10 different generated serials
hosts block also applied
fyi i have problem to activate every single product that is listed in keygen.

Turn off the Internet, here it worked, I turned off the internet then the activation is done offline

Okay i have been testing this for the past hour-ish...

it is good, better than most especially better than most of Neural stuff,

it is reactive sensetive to the player and input (a good di compressor can add a lot of feel and movement and i love how it does react to them), has good tones, and the pedals are high quality and impressive (i might use this plugins just for the pedals)...

but the issue with Bogren amps, from the small ones which are also good to this one is that they are easy to distinguish, i could listen to 10 seconds or less and know it is from bogren.

now Neural is still the top dog, while this plugin can dial many tones and is versatile it is still a "plugin" and lacks the growl and low end you get from a real amp and a good Neural amp capture, now in a mix settings this plugin will shine and will be better than most but sadly for a chug needy asshole like me, it is lacks that 5%

9.5/10 would recommand for amateur who just wanna play their guitars and pros for a mix situation.

I dont think Neural is top dog they are just overhyped and people tend to like them more for they have nice shiny GUI not for the actual sound.
Alot of ampsims sounds equaly good and some even better like Helix Native

Good post. I'm no-one but I agree with all of it. I'm pretty excited at where NAM is headed. As for NeuralDSP, Fortin's Nameless was fun for a bit but overall they're all very hifi sounding - preprocessed. They remind me of my first CD player - too polite.

So... If you aren't aware - Neural DSP and the open source project "Neural Amp Modeler" are two completely different entities. Seems like you might think NAM is a Neural DSP product...

My installation approach:
- Installed (EDIT: VST3 only) on WiN7, worked.
- Moved the VST3 to folder of choice.
- Activation ran in PluginDoctor (blocked in firewall outgoing rules), moved the first xml file to desktop because stupid WiN didn't find it -> worked.

The plugin:
- It's a Bogren! IOW, sounds similar to the One Knobbers but is way more useful since it's adjustable (and way cheaper than all four together).
- Manual is installed but plugin didn't find it (maybe because I moved it).
- IMHO, needs EQ with steep high cut.
- Stompies sound good, maybe the first I'll use.
- Vintage cab produces some strange (mid) crackling.
- Uses 50% more CPU (in Normal Quality) than Audio Assault's Amp Locker with 8x internal OS!
- Keeps being activated after reopening.

Yes, Havent been installing R2R stuff that requires a keygen, many trojan detections on virus total, and even internet connections to some weird IPs on the behavior tab in virustotal. The Ik multimedia keygen has much more detections and IP connections detected by virustotal. I would like to understand why is that.

UPDATED INSTRUCTIONS Bogren Digital KeyGen Release


0.Uninstall previous versions.

1.Install.

2.Block the access to following hosts.

wyday.com
bogrendigital.com

2.1 you have to block the inbound and outbound rules in the windows firewall
2.2 moved the first xml file to desktop because stupid WiN didn't find it -> worked

3.Run the software.
We recommend standalone version for the activation.

It starts activation.
Click "Activate License".

4.Run our keygen.
Select a product.
Copy "Serial".

5.Paste "Serial" to the software.
Click "Confirm". "*ActivationRequest.xml" will be generated.
Click "Open Folder" to find where is that XML file.

6.Click "Generate" in our keygen.
Specify the "*ActivationRequest.xml".
It generates "ActivationResponse.xml".

7.Click "Close" once in the activation dialog.
Activation dialog still exists.
Drag and drop "ActivationResponse.xml" to the dialog.

8.Enjoy!
