well, sometimes... installing a new version it's not just installing and testing a new version. Lately uninstalling and reinstalling plugins can destabilize the whole system, provoque crashes, insert new unstabilities, so, having in consideration that it happens more often nowadays, we could understand when someone doesn't want to introduce all those possible effects, so, they ask for people who already tried, not the publisher... otherwise, what's the purpose of this comment section about the release?, chill.

Yea, maybe not after 3 hours. I never installed fabfilter before on my machine, so that any remains could have messed up in between. After 24h or so none of the plugs did work anymore. I have enough of cracking stuff. I need to spare the money to buy it. I use Win10 and Studio 5 original, if that helps. < of course not ^^

Any time I ever did a release it was fully QA'd by two people before it ever went out the door. Seems no one tests anything anymore, be it company or group.

If no internet, then no timebomb. Close the internet connection befor you open the DAW.

It's not that simple. Timebombs happen because of several reasons. One could be home calling but most reasons are related to changes in the binaries aka patches. In case of Fabfilter, Image-Line, U-He or others, you'll get timebombs even if you never went online.

I have internet and my daw and all the plugin i have work fine, if you need to go offline it means that that specific plugin is not patched and cracked correctly.

Nope your wrong for timebomb it doesnt matter if you are online or offline crackgroups might not find what triggers it.
Remember A.O.M mastering bundle?
It took years before it bombed so R2R had to fix it.

BUT if user of pirated software is being online all the time it sure makes it easyer for developers to find out you are using pirated software.
Especially if it is software that use serial to register.
Hmm hell here we have 1600 that uses the same serial and username.
So people who think it doesnt matter if im online it should simply work otherwise the crackgroup hasnt done there job correctly
They destroy it for all others who understand that if you are offline or edit hostline and block exe dll and stuff it might work as long as all others do the same.
Many years ago mac users always screw this up as they thought they where safe hey i use a mac it must be safe.
