PSPaudioware PSP InfiniStrip v1.0.2-R2R screenshot
Team R2R | 09 May 2020 | 55.4MB
PSP InfiniStrip is an infinitely configurable channel strip plug-in (AAX, AudioUnit, VST, VST3, RTAS) based on 20 years PSP experience in developing handcrafted plug-ins for tracking, mixing and mastering.

PSP InfiniStrip can be used for mixing, tracking or live streaming/broadcasting anywhere you need a great sounding and easy to configure channel strip, without having to worry about latency.

That's right - you can configure PSP InfiniStrip with whatever modules you need and track through them with confidence that the plug-in isn't adding any latency at all to your recorded signal. Zero latency. Full impact.

Features
22 independent processors divided into 8 types of modules (preamps, filters, compressors, equalisers, limiters, dynamic modules [expander, ducker and gate], control and special modules) to create your custom channel strip.
7 dedicated "slots" for you to add one module from each type of processing modules, and 2 flexible insert slots for any module type.
Parameters matching. Swipe through different compressors, EQs without touching a knob. Look for your preferred colour and flavour.
3 different view modes (full, resizeable, and mini view mode) designed for different workflows and screen sizes.
External side-chain support for each module independently.
Includes both Mono and Stereo plug-in versions for different track types.
Zero latency processing.
Over 150 presets designed by top sound engineers from around the world.

I'm just asking the opinion of users on this plugin because I don't have the chance to try it.
I may not have asked the question correctly (sorry for my approximate English), but you should take your time to read some comments more carefully before erasing them.

I wrote a similar comment 2 minutes before here:

So ???

I perfectly understood what was the reason of your comment, but unfortunately, if you mention mac, inevitably, other mac user will get into this, and , as you see we endup speaking of anything but the plugin... (8 comments about mac)
In your other comment, you didn't mention your system.

You also have the option to create a thread at Audiosex with this question.

PS: Next time you have a problem with moderation, please, send me a PM, as this too is off topic.

yes to new toys! just spent about an hour test running this.. overall, like most all psp plugs, it sounds real solid. smooth saturation/drive tones, smooth sounds when running super low+high sine tones through it and automating parameters =no digital clicks/zippers(the sine tone+automatino tests is a good way to separate the good from bad plugs) - so it could be good for even more unconventional or extreme sound design situations.

cpu per core on my weakest machine - my 2012 11" mb(win 7 bootcamp, abes10) is about 8-9% per stereo instance(with 6 params being automated rigorously) that's w the default preset. 8 stereo instances on my air are about 25%-30% cpu. haven't tried it on my more powerful tower but i'm assuming it won't bat an eye with having more than 16 instances of this(and, obvs, not all instances need to be stereo). so far no crashes and i've put a lot of m4l lfos on all the parameters and let it sit there for an hour (doing some fun generative modulations).

i've tried several different styles through this - from orchestral to rock to techno. all in all this thing is warm and smooth. i'd even use it subtly for mastering tasks. on sale for 149-i'd say, considering the modular nature of this and all the different processors it comes with, that's a good deal. although i'm always of the opinion that diversity (using plugins from a lot of different quality programmers) is the way to go in achieving a great, unique sounding mix, but i do think one could maybe rely solely on this for some heavy lifting during the mix phase.

but from a ux standpoint, it's a bit awkward and hard to trying to rearrange modules(at least, i hit a bug that made this so.. on restarting the plugin things seemed to be work okay) - feels like they still need to fix some gui things anyway.

all that is just my humble opinion , of course. :)

Wow--unexpected. R2R must think that it's Christmas, and I'm totally cool with continuing to let them think that.
Big thanks R2R & DECiBELLE!!

The king of channel strips to date...

Was pleasantly surprised by added definition at default settings on a kick track.

Very usable presets which require mostly minimal tweaking.

A definite purchase.
