Team R2R | 09 May 2020 | 55.4MB
PSP InfiniStrip is an infinitely configurable channel strip plug-in (AAX, AudioUnit, VST, VST3, RTAS) based on 20 years PSP experience in developing handcrafted plug-ins for tracking, mixing and mastering.

PSP InfiniStrip can be used for mixing, tracking or live streaming/broadcasting anywhere you need a great sounding and easy to configure channel strip, without having to worry about latency.

That's right - you can configure PSP InfiniStrip with whatever modules you need and track through them with confidence that the plug-in isn't adding any latency at all to your recorded signal. Zero latency. Full impact.

Features
22 independent processors divided into 8 types of modules (preamps, filters, compressors, equalisers, limiters, dynamic modules [expander, ducker and gate], control and special modules) to create your custom channel strip.
7 dedicated "slots" for you to add one module from each type of processing modules, and 2 flexible insert slots for any module type.
Parameters matching. Swipe through different compressors, EQs without touching a knob. Look for your preferred colour and flavour.
3 different view modes (full, resizeable, and mini view mode) designed for different workflows and screen sizes.
External side-chain support for each module independently.
Includes both Mono and Stereo plug-in versions for different track types.
Zero latency processing.
Over 150 presets designed by top sound engineers from around the world.

You're right, these plugins are not properly registered in Samplitude or Sequoia.

I've found a workaroud by just inserting manually the following lines in the VstPlugins.ini file (works only for VST3 though):

"C:\Program Files\VSTPlugins\PSPaudioware\PSP InfiniStrip mono.dll",64,"PSP_InfiniStrip_mono","PSP InfiniStrip mono",77694132
:Vendor:PSPAudioware
"C:\Program Files\VSTPlugins\PSPaudioware\PSP InfiniStrip stereo.dll",64,"PSP_InfiniStrip_stereo","PSP InfiniStrip stereo",55694132
:Vendor:PSPAudioware

Try this:
1. Let Samplitude scan the new plugins, then ***close it*** (Important)
2. Open VstPlugins.ini file and delete all lines related to InfiniStrip (These lines are not properly formatted by Samplitude, hence the problem...)
3. Now insert the lines I've suggested and save your VstPlugins.ini file
4. Start Samplitude and, hopefully... you're good to go
My workaround works only for the VST2 version of this exquisite plugin:)

Thank you R2R & DECiBELLE!

I wonder how this compares to McDSP 6060

Only solution I found for getting it to work in samplitude is opening it up in a metaplugin, which is fine with me anyways as I can run the oversampling to kill some aliasimg and cramping on it. But it works fine in metaplaugin.

v.1.0.3 is out addresing some serious bugs. Example, on channel eq when moving the low frequency band, values are not displayed.

Not working in Samplitude here, either.

Download metaplugin and load in there works perfect plus you get overaampling.

Coming from someone who doesn't have the greatest PC setup, this is surprisingly gentle on CPU. It still takes a chunk of CPU, but it's an acceptable amount, even on an older PC, like mine.
And, I've seen a few people mention how this strip is superior to Slate's, which I have to agree with, mostly, but--for those of you who don't know--check out McDSP's channel strip which is a beautiful piece of engineering that has all of the subtle, analog character that PSP is known for; I highly recommended checking it out.
Again, big thanks for the chance to try this out, R2R & DECiBELLE!!
