Guys,
Do you have any idea how many files a free app like this can digest, before starting 'chugging', slowing down, etc etc.

Many audioz fellows, who like to collect sample libraries, can easily have several million files, shared across multiple drives, lan, etc

Those million samples can easily destroy an app... I'm curious...

Otherwise, as the default audio file viewer/ player, this app could be useful, to quickly preview a file, view its waveform, etc, by simply doubleclicking a file.

this app is a crap, it scan everything tagging everything meaningless like maschine, massive or serum, but can't even separate the sub folders, if you need preview samples fast fl studio and studio one are best only need 1 click without time wasting tagging.
the things in the world doesn't classifiable in free or paid, low or high price, the only 2 things in the world is good or bad.

it has realtime pitchshifted playback, thats one great features. Another is favourites.
I wish there would be favourite lists.

this is a awsome app
you need your FX folders orginised
that way you can select multiple folders , Drum FX, Sound FX ect

Because of the unique tagging this software does, you will find yourself using a lot of samples you didn't know you even had in the categories. Thus widening your creative process. I don't use it all the time but a very useful tool when you hit a writing roadblock.

one big question is, how to create favourites fast and creats sets of millions of samples.
Alone to listen to all of them takes weeks

I have 300k files and it starts to get pretty laggy. When i use the random button it takes 1/2 sec for it to work. But it's pretty damn great to search and catalogue your files. Just watch out for the size of the db file if you have a lot of samples ahaha.

Are these 300k files on SSD?

Sononym and ADSR should be standard Browsers in every modern DAW..

Instead modern DAW´s have Browsers that still feel like they are from 1998 ..

Good Browsers in DAW´s are so important meanwhile but there is just crap compared to ADSR and Sonoym for example...

Even Studio One´s Browser sucks its not even possible to un-DOCK the S1 browser to put it on another monitor.... At least un-docking the Browser should be possible in 2020

Thanks to Sononym and ADSR i cant replace the terrible DAW browser and use them both on the right Monitor..

+1 looks like he is just an angry stupid kid, who has no clue what is is talking about, I bet he even haven't tried anything besides his pirated studio one

the studio one still has best class of sample browser in the market

What's your damage ?
actually I love StudioOne and use it daily. I love MusicLoops and its fast prelisten, but StudioOnes browser is less good than Resonic ;) And regarding ADSR Sample manager, try to trigger samples at different pich via MIDI in S1's browser.

and whats yo

I use Loopcloud unpaid. Works great. You can preview 2 sample in sync with your DAW at a time. It auto pitch shifts samples into key if you want, you can chop loops, sequence drums and add some FX all from within the interface. Drag processed or unprocessed loops into your DAW when ready. Searching is super fast. My entire library is about 2TB and it's working great. Initial scan of my library took about half a day, after that, smooth sailing. Hands down the most useful free software I've come across. Sononym is great too but the lack of integration with your DAW makes it much less useful IMHO.

No doubt. I have 1,3 Tb samples in my HDD and with this soft suck. But with loopcloud is really fast. Not the first time, it's true, but after the first scan is great! ;)

It's worth it to me to just read the horrible 'whatever language' to English translations of aggressive responses that happen here.

Thank you for the drop.

Im on Windows 10 & Pro tools 12.5 and updated to this version when it came out and it comes up with errors so i rolled back to 1.5.0 that seems stable for me

Loopcloud does the same thing, maybe even more!? You can edit the samples on the plugin itself then drag that over to your DAW.
