It takes the ambience, spectral properties etc. of a source and apply it to your material.
This is for post production, movies, voice overs etc. Like a matching EQ on steroids.

no, i havent used it but i can say that is not what it does.

you might find a creative use for the eq/reverb matching

but this plugin is like a lazy shortcut for people who do sound for video,
so all their voice recordings sound similar.

I think it will be severely misused across the indusry, just wait to hear the result in your media stream lol
