It's easier to use than most alternatives, and results are fine.

It's all so generic and snake-oily it becomes appealing.. lol

I gave it a try. It takes up more than 300 MB of HD space, has a very large, intrusive, gaudy and persistent splash screen. The whole interface is in fact rather garish.
Plentiful of all kinds of tangly tabs and settings.
Takes several (too much) minutes for analysis.
The result was: overly emphasized high end and depleted bass, meager compression, and peak level at promised zero. Too much fuss about nothing, I would say.
Uninstall did not work, so I had to delete it manually.

Ozone's auto mastering is much more trustworthy than AAMS.

And Ozone auto-mastering is not very good.

So you get the idea.

Everything is a matter of choice. If you want a moving strip from which the finished products will go down without the participation of hearing, ideas and creativity, then this is a good starting point, as well as many others. A fast and powerful computer is sufficient, and the daily production allows for a good income. With enough aggressive marketing in a few years, you will close serious competition, people who have acquired knowledge and experience for years because they are too expensive. As an employer, you will employ cheap trained operators who are well enough to know that they recognize a genre of classified music. That's what's going on ... is not it?

This sounds like a quotation from some filthy rich musical tycoon, George Orwell, or even Karl Marx.
I guess most members of this site are amateurs, people who enjoy their work, artists and people who try to express themselves generally in the field of music or audio production, who shall not, and never could be replaced by robots. That's embodied in the [for us eternal] raison d'etre of the 'try before buy' principle, the one so close to a full heart.
In the meanwhile insatiable money grabbers may well enjoy more and more the company of their robots, their cheap operators and the 'muzak' they sell.

When I was blind, deaf and dumb I was asked to master an album by a ficticious record company...this is what I reached for to accomplish the task.

I thought I had deleted it manually. But today I find it also created a separate folder named 'Sined Suppliers' taking up additional 211 MB of HD space, containing 2.040 files in 196 folders. (After each single run it also creates a few dozen 'auxiliary ones' that keep on staying, I guess in case you wanted the more of the same).
I also found out that v. 2.0 was cracked by team Blizz even back in 2007. So, this must be a 'good selling program' (at 60$), with almost 15 years of tradition...

The VMware limitation is still not removed with this patch. So, the program still will not run on VMware. This is a limitation imposed by the paid program itself, not the patch. It's the *only* paid program I've ever encountered that imposes such a limitation. It would be nice if this limitation could be removed by the cracker.

Also, as another user reported, the uninstaller does not work. Must uninstall manually.
