Thorn is a modern software synthesizer, flexible and easy to use. The sound engine in Thorn is built on spectral synthesis method, which gives you control over the harmonics involved into a forming process of a final timbre.

Three Harmonic Oscillators with an additional Harmonic Filter cover all the needs for producing of a very wide range of modern sounds. Two analog modeled multi-mode filters with a zero delay feedback path provided to charge your sound and make it shine through the mix. Analog envelopes, LFOs and multi-stage envelopes can be used to modulate any internal parameter you would like to. Set of 9 high quality effects polish your sound and breathe life into it. For maximum fun Thorn provides a pattern-based Glitch sequencer.

Changes in v1.0.5:
Fixed possible issues with restoring session data on Windows.
Added BOOST parameter for Distortion to allow subtle saturation.
Added LOCK buttons to Glitch/Arp/Effects/Matrix sections.
Minor improvements.

I know what is written there in manual and requirements!.then what is written,not always like this.there are plugins which only WIN7 and above,but works fine on XP! eg..SoundToys,Waves,AIR,and others!so i ask meybe someone try instal!

I´ve installed a previous version in a XP PC a while ago.

It doesn't work in XP, sorry. :(

BTW installed ANA2 in XP and it didnt work either.

They work fine in W7 64 bits.

Sometimes you dont have 3 minutes. Or (this happened to me) you are working on a serious project using this plugin and you cant take the risk to miss with this particular plugin. There are probably more possible reasons ...
