I have R2R 1.0 version installed. Is this stable as r2r or should we wait for them? Unknown patcher/cracker doesn't sound encouraging.

The methodology used in this crack has been used successfully by so many who are not R2R that there is confusion as to who initially discovered it. I deem this crack simpler than R2R's, and very stable. A couple months ago, I even removed all of my R2R iZotope cracks in order to move to these patched releases.

Both. The patches are .dll files, so it confuses some people at first, but trust me- Just install it, and the .dll files you need to replace will be there, whether you install as VST2 or VST3. Put simply- The .dll patches are not .dll VST2 files. You will get another set of .dll (and/or .vst3 files) when you install. They will all be the same size. These are the ones read by your DAW, and they will "call over" to the patch .dll files.

So- A proper VST3 only install will have 10 files- 5 .dll patched files and 5 .vst3 VST3 files. A proper VST2 only install will also have 10 files- 5 .dll patched files and 5 .dll VST2 files.

You Oly Right ! Most of the people here have enough stuff to produce music for the next centurys. We could give a try to new products but creation is not a matter of how much stuff you ve got ... Most of the time I am using "Fab Filters" and "Waves" products for recording and mixing my music. They are good enough and bring all what I need. Stay focus on what you play people !!

In the note.txt file says:

"Replace patch .dll for AAX Will only work with patched DaW folders can be found here."

but are there only vst files patched
