There seem to be two types of mix engineers: those who own a pair of the original units this plug is inspired by, and those who want to. I can't give you the original, but I can give you my twisted take on it.

For starters, I tweaked the distortions to make them fuzzier, because I have a fondness for dirt & grime. I added a 250Hz sidechain HPF option which leaves all bass frequencies uncompressed, as well as a 6kHz sidechain 'push' to smooth out harsh, aggressive stuff.

Most compressors press sounds back, this one pushes them forward. The original is in every million dollar studio, now my version can be in yours

Really? It's so hard to believe some plugin doesn't work in W10, even despite so many people recommending W7. But hey - they use old shit, eh? They are backwards and all that. "Stuck in past". There is a reason to use W7 for music making. Bunch of reasons. Even many developers still don't test their plugins in W10. So why on earth would anybody use it for music making? You can expect compatibility issues. So don't whine about *your* choices.

this is quite fantical... I have windows 10 and never had no isuues with nothing.... neither should I - windows 8 was their test dummy! not 10

also people getting all hyped up over a compressor - its just another compressor

a down vote for talking the truth lol! windows 10 is very much like 7! 8 and 8.1 was the problem , I'm talking from experience..

I have a laptop with win 7 and had a pc with windows 8... since upgrading to 10 some of my devices are all working that didn't before , some games now run etc.. 8 was just awful.. but it was the crash car and we were the puppits at the wheel.... windows 10 is like a futuristic version of windows 7 , no more charms bar or large horrible tablet looking start menus.. all is now like win 7 as in solid TRUST ME

Okay if you say so...You'll probably get a huge discount from microsoft for their next horrible OS for being so vocaly - and lonely - supporting the sh...st PC OS since windows vista. And that's saying something.

after update the studio one 3 to v3.2 most of AudioUTOPiA plugings doesn't work anymore !
before that all work like a charm
its not W10 or W8 problem .... i tested it .... all about new update
new update destroy all off my wishesssss :(
