Excuse me if I didn't make things clear. I mean the last Windows version uploaded by an unknown person before this new one. I saw reviews about Virus warnings. And finally the thread was removed. I didn't say VR put virus in it. Just to be clear: I am not spreading rumors. I said what I saw. As of rules here, releases should not contain virus. I am just concerned about some warnings of WD. Glad if it works for you. I need false negative confirm.

When using Ambiente.vst3, the GUI in Reaper (Win11) freezes after some minutes, but audio continues to work. After another few minutes the GUI recovers, and freezes later again. When Ambiente.vst3 is removed, this does not happen anymore.

If you're using Windows 7 because of all of the more recent Windows versions' bloat, you might wanna take a look at Windows 10/11 IoT Enterprise LTSC. It's basically the respective version of Windows stripped down to it's very core with as minimal bloat as possible.

Hi there.
As far as it goes, Win10 (up to date), Cubase 14, AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS, 32Go RAM.
Can load every single SWAM vst (and tested up to 10 at the same time) with others such as Omnisphere, Addicitve Drums 2, EZBass, etc... CPU is around 25% at max.
This is clearly a Go, depending on your system configuration, of course.

Loading them doesn't seem to be the issue. Playing them is. Can you load all 10 and PLAY each one with 25% CPU usage? That would be the real test.

Try the Firewall App Blocker of Sordum.org, is a super standalone tool (for me). That firewall manager has many essential/usefull functions, among them you can "Allow Local Subnet" too..., so you'll maintain your current web interaction allowing this necessary requirement in part of this bundle (as Ambient).

To execute that netsh command go to;

File--->Netsh Commands--->Allow Local Subnet
