Works like a charm. Keeps your old V13 plugins intact, too. Harmony is like Octavox on steroids. The major differences being Harmony lets you sync tempo in steps (1/4, 1/8, etc) and has modulation. C12.0.30

Clarity VX and Clarity VX Pro pro are in version 13 only. That iws why it's missing from version 14.

So i got it working on Win 11.

I had v13 installed from vr, what i did was :

download harmony from waves central and then use the patch from v13.
I installed harmony on top of v13 so no clean install

This works but I'm only getting the vst3 version of Clarity to show up, no vst2, not really a big deal but buggin my ocd lol

For those who have problems with the Harmony plugin, which does not appear... After doing all the things that have been said here and not working, it has been solved, just looking for the V.R patch 13 that appears in the waves installations complete V13, and apply it after the installation of waves V 14 complete and its corresponding patch.
PS: This solution is from user escalade.

I ratify what ret00 says!! And I am going to add more information for those who do not see wave plugins installed in Cubase 12. Waves version 14 does not contain Studio Rack, nor Clarity, Well, install something from the Waves 13 version such as Studio Rack that many of you use, or Clarity For example, together with Waves 14, you patch with V.R 14 and for Harmony, which is already integrated into Waves Mercury, you patch again with V.R 13 and magic is done. All Waves plugins appear in vst3. I've been using this technique of installing a plugin from a previous version for a long time, because if not, it won't read them to me either. I hope it works for you like it did for me. Tested windows 21H2, Cubase 12 Samplitude X7, Sequoia 15. All latest version. Greetings to all!! ah!! And for those who have an installation error, install as an administrator in the windows session, and not as a user! Good luck everyone and greetings!

Once it recognizes them all, it doesn't matter if it's VST2 or VST3, only the Waveshell-VST should be in the VST folder where the daw is going to look for them, or you have created and addressed it as a VST folder. Copy paste, drag etc. A photo or screenshot with Waveshell-VST is useless hahaha

There is also the direct installation solution from the Waves site:
1. create an account on the Waves website (Cosmos have also be activated)
2. Install Waves Central and log in
3. choose the online installation and select all the plugins you are interested in (Clarity is only in version 13 so you have also activate the plugin selection in V13)
4. install
5. launch the V.R.patch, also the last one (V14) and everything is activated.
6. Enjoy
