The only folder I hadn't deleted. Now I try again. I use Cubase 12 Legit, but I don't think it affects it. Thx for your help

How did you do a full clean install? I've uninstalled everything from Waves several times, but it won't work. Do I also have to remove some registry stuff?

Clean all directories waves and waves central from Appdata, Program files, Programs FIles (x86), Also C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\WPAPI. There are many folders delete them all.

I did not cleaned my registry I just cleaned up all the Waves folders and reinstalled.

Yes it is showing up and loads Reaper x64.
I am pretty sure it's not being a clean install is your issue. I had it.
Also delete all the patch files. Even the older ones from Team V.R.

Can you confirm its working with a screenshot? I went through my pc and registry with a fine tooth comb, deleting anything that was Waves related, reinstalled and still nothing. Not even in reaper.

Can u tell how to delete everything including team vr old files. I deleted every folder I could find related to waves.

Maybe missing something.

Make sure you have show hidden files, folders or drives enabled in the folder options.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Waves
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Waves Audio
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Waves Audio
And lastly you can delete the contents of the C:\ProgramData\Waves Audio folder except the Licenses folder (you need to keep this).

And then making sure no waveshell files are presnt in:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Steinberg\VST2
C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Steinberg\VST2
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\VST3

I'm wondering if it's better than any other harmony plugins. Antares Harmony Engine is the best so far, but it's still not good enough for professional result. But Waves plugins have been too big to get this one.

Is there a script in nature for installing applications under Windows 7? I know about the success of Davinci Resolve, but for the rest of the products (Presonus S1 v5, Waves) I'm still wondering... is it really that hard to get around these system limitations?

This is dodgy.
Install the R2R v13 version and wait for the R2R release. This only works in some DAW's, not all.
As usual they modified the wrong things.
What kind of virgin install puts the vst's in a folder on the desktop FFS?
No wonder some apps cannot see them.

CR8 works properly in the R2R version.

yeah i was going to give it a shot, but no one really seems to have it working. One guy showed a screen shot and said it worked, but hey thats a screen shot. Wait for a better release

I just also verified it on a audio track now that it is working 100%.
I don't lie it's working on my PC. I also had many issue getting it to show up until I did a complete uninstall of my old waves. Deleting many folder.
