Hello All,

Here it is children. Feast upon the meal prepared for you that is the OSX ilok work around bundle.

This method was crafted, tested and provided to you by Squ4d and 0RGan1c under a new collaborative name, C0sm1cSqu1d. It shows that many may take themselves and their egos seriously, but we dont. We are here to play, enjoy, befriend and provide to the community some of our knowledge.

In this workaround a windows to osx porting method was used for the plugins. All the tested and working AudioUtopia plugins that work in this method are provided. Not all plugins work, so until a full ilok crack is discovered or our method is perfected, this is it.

This requires a couple steps of which are in the zip file in text and video format. This was tested and done with Logic X as the focus. It was tested on OSX 10.9.5 on three separate computers.

We ask the community to communicate with BuroakenSowend to help us perfect our method. Thats how this started to begin, one persons idea or knowledge. We know we can beat it, so join us with your knowledge.

@Jeen Thx again. Tried the terminal. finder went blank for 30 seconds, came back on and now still wont let me add "." to wine? ARGH> Can it be a premissions thing?

anybody having any troubles with changing the wine folder into .wine, finder wont let me change it to .wine because it starts with a puncuation mark. Maybe ill keep trying but thanks in advance if someone can help :) have a good st pats day

Sorry for this silly inquiry

I tried rapidgator Uploaded used keka....

I only get error checksum 2

I have not tried alfafiles...

are they corrupted too ? or it is the good one...
Because both Upload and rapidgator archives are corrupted

ok got it working up until the part where i try to select wormhole in the audio port plugin but get couldn't create filter please connect to the remote host before loading plugin
fixed by changing to 127.0.0.1 in the audio port au plugin
now just no audio is passed back to logic !

you have to press connect in audioport plugin (Logic) and press PLAY , you have to play something
a loop or wav mp3....if you don't nothing will be streamed
when you do that WinVsToMac says connected...and now it works

watch or rewatch video if its not clear :-)

Works well for Live 9 with OSX El Capitan, the only thing the FX is heard in mono when estero, where this problem?

can anyone point to the correct wine installation we need for OSX (Yosemite to be specific)?

Great release!
Installation seems ok but Wormhole doesn't pass validation on Logic Pro 10.2.2 over OS X Capitan so i can´t go further. I´ve downloaded the recent version and resurrected with 32 lives but Logic doesn´t validate it. Shame on me

because of OS X ABI incompatibility,
few 64-bit apps currently work properly. We're hoping Apple will fix
this, but it's not very likely unfortunately...

What's the point? If you have Parallels you might as well run windows and use the AudioUTOPiA releases.

- Download the WormHole2 Windows VST (https://code.google.com/archive/p/wormhole2/downloads)
- Unzip, then drag that folder into .wine > drive_c > VST > plugins
- Open the VSToMac app, then drag the WormHole2 folder you just put into the plugins folder
- Now you can drag each of the plugin manufacturer folders (one by one or it will crash) into the VSToMac app so that it will index it
- In Ableton, load the WormHole plugin first then the Audio Port after
- Connect to 127.0.0.1 in Audio Port
- Set channel to 1+2 in WormHole
- In VSToMac app, load WormHole, click chooser then select 1+2
- Load plugin the desired plugin inside
- Wire as shown in the videos
- Play audio from Ableton, it should stream it into the VSToMac app
- Now you can open the plugin and use it
- Enjoy!
NOTE: If you get an error or the Alert window from dragging in the SoundToys folder, just hold enter until all the alerts go away, then the plugin will index after.
One more thing, I tested the Eventide bundle and there are no presets. You will have to go to the Eventide website and download the Anthology X and Stereo Room 2016 installer for Windows and just install the Presets.
The path to install the presets to is HDD>Users>YOURNAME>.wine>drive_c>Program Files

i keep getting "couldnt create filter" when I drag a folder of plugin .dll's into the audioport GUI

That is fine, the whole point of that step is to Index the plugins, after you click ok a few times, right click inside the VSToMac app to make sure the manufacturer folder is listed.

followed this fine until this step

when loading wormhole i get the error message "couldnt create filter, please connect to a remote host before loading plugin"

First load WormHole inside Ableton, make sure it says 1+2, then you have to load Audio Port right after the WormHole and set to 127.0.0.1, then click connect.

when i click connect it doesnt do anything- it doesnt say "disconnect" like it does in the video tutorial
