Unique Harmonics
BIG AL is a dual-stage tube saturator that offers a broad palette of marvelous sound flavors flowing from the interactive network within its transformer-coupled pre and power amp. Based on completely novel circuitry and authentic NOS components from the 1930s, the one-off analog hardware has been exclusively designed for this plugin.

Filter Freak
BIG AL's frequency conditioning begins right in the EF9 preamp stage. The Low control is implemented as a Baxandall filter which allows adjusting saturation intensity around 100Hz in optional combination with boosting or cutting the bass at the same time.

The High control is an additional EQ band placed in front of the preamp tube. Its peaking filter boosts or cuts high-frequency content around 10kHz which is essential for inciting or taming BIG AL's treble aggression potential.

Onboard Mods
A jumper matrix grants access to BIG AL's core circuitry: Emphasis Shift, Bass Compensator and Voltage Sag provide powerful options for making complex changes to the distortion profile on the fly by inserting or pulling a few simple plugs.

The finishing spice is added by the AL4 power pentode and its output transformer, driven hot by the preamp stage. The result? A truly gorgeous kind of harmonic saturation that will always sound organic, musical, and bold.

Hey Guys Logic/Mojave here. It's crashing Logic even after reset permissions and codesign. I have the same problem with Lindell T 100. Lindell 50 serie working fine. Any idea of what could be the issue ? I do the "sudo codesign -f -s - --deep" command, maybe it's not working ? is there a codesign app ? thx a lot

first my logic also crashing. Then I do a permission reset with the app and codesign -f -s with terminal -> audio unit/ resources that vst3. working here Logic Pro x Mojave

Okay, i've got it working in Logic using:

sudo codesign --force --deep --sign - /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/NEOLD\ BIG\ AL.component/Contents/MacOS/NEOLD\ BIG\ AL

and

sudo codesign --force --deep --sign - /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/NEOLD\ BIG\ AL.component/Contents/Resources/plugin.vst3

sudo codesign -f -s - do that command in terminal then go to the .component file right click show contents go to resources VST3 drop that file in terminal push return put in ya password then the AU will work working now on Catalina studio one 5 !

This is interesting, because I omitted installing the VST and I didn't get any problems.
Maybe this means the problems are to do with the VST, as I noticed you had also installed the VST.
The Clavichord is from the Late Middle Ages. It's not a Clavinet.

NICE!!! That is the trick - worked for me aswell. Now all 3 plugin formats are working - .component / .vst .vst3 on my OS X 10.15.7 Catalina (Maschine, Cubase Pro, UAD Luna)

I would like to hear your opinions on this one.
I've tried it and didn't like it much on the drum bus, maybe individual elements could work better.
It doesn't sound harsh, but it compromise the dynamic range a lot.

Throw it on a bus or mixbuss before processing. It's a pretty simple and sweet 2 knob make it sound better type of thing. Brings out the highs nicely and adds some dimension as well. But leave some headroom.

For Drums I prefer the Neold channel. It has a bit more vibe and groove when setting it up correctly, imo.

Put in a FAT32 Formatted USB Stick before authorizing it. In the activation screen, select the USB Stick as device (default is your computer). Important; Uncheck "authorize all my plugins"! Then create an offline activation .lic file with the R2r Keygen. After you've imported the license file, it will be store on the USB Stick. So no you have 2 locations now: PC with legit license and USB Stick with the "other" licenses. For using the k'ed plugins the USB Stick has to connected. The legit ones work as usual.

Since this is also iLok protected - does it mean there is a PA "mac wave" incoming?
EDIT: ok, it's not iLok protected, my bad. But still:

Does anybody know why these got cracked and other plugins from PA don't (until now, maybe).

Very nice! I hoped for GonBi to release this and also Lindell 50 and he/she did! Great contributíon and thx a lot! Working great here on high sierra. Obviously needs codesign of vst3 reource within the component package and keygen of R2R win release, but well worth it.
