This is the cracked version of the latest Linux release. Follow the instructions in the 'EULA' dialog on first run.

Additional note: The online checks to the Bitwig servers should be disabled, but just to be certain you may want to add this to your /etc/hosts:

127.0.0.1 services.bitwig.com dash.bitwig.com

This does not impact your ability to download the additional content packs; These are downloaded from packs.bitwig.com over unauthenticated http.

One Question:
Is it possible to install it on vanila arch...?
Its Avalable on AUR,but shure, not cracked.

You could extract the .deb and copy the bitwig.jar into your installed 3.0.2 version

Thanks for the hint, i will test it the tomorrow and replay if it works.

I first tried the doing what unfu mentioned, but it isn't always that easy to force pacman to use an outdated version of a program (seeing as this crack is for 3.0.2 only). I recommend you use debtap, which converts .deb packages to functional pacman packages.

managed to run on manjaro after a bit of tinkering: installed official version from repo and then had to overwrite the whole opt\bitwig-studio dir from the deb package instead of only bitwig.jar
also added "127.0.0.1 services.bitwig.com dash.bitwig.com" to host file.

works wonders, great job unfu!

Looks like I actually may have missed a check where it's still phoning home, and dropping you back in demo mode (Will try to fix in a future revision).
So the /etc/ hosts line (or some other way to drop traffic to services.bitwig.com) is definitely a must!

bitwig-studio-3.0.2-unfu2.7z (md5 f3906f0cfcf3b2dbb38be3c23dbd81d1)

Extract, read the README.txt and install with:
sudo dpkg -i bitwig-studio-3.0.2-unfu2.deb

Launch once for it to generate the .BitwigStudio folder,
then (re)create the .activation-5 file:
touch ~/.BitwigStudio/.activation-5

I still had to force it to loopback in the hosts file. Anyway it works perfectly, this is by far the nicest crack I have ever used for Bitwig.

I donated a buck to your BTC address to show my appreciation. I have been thinking about getting into reverse engineering myself for some time, I love working with low level stuff and writing simple assembly code and shit. Maybe you could help me out with it? Or show me some good resources to get started? And we'd also be able to discuss how you got this crack to work exactly, I am beyond curious.

Feel free to PM me your Discord tag or IRC server or whatever your way of communicating may be.

Yes, only for linux. Read the section.

What is the problem? Linux section = Linux program .... What a surprise right?

Do you imagine people using Linux writing this in all other OS post?

So guys, please stop asking or reacting negatively as for once someone cracked something for Linux.

As for a Windows or macOS release: Sorry guys and gals, not just yet.

Reverse engineering and cracking Bitwig has been a time-consuming and labor-intensive process.

While the different releases for each platform share the bulk of the code, they are all obfuscated uniquely and it's not a straightforward patch; I haven't looked at the other platform releases yet, and am unsure of how much and in what ways these differ. Each one will take extra time to reanalyze, crack and test.

I realize Linux isn't the most popular OS here; I am not a 'team' however, just a cash-strapped amateur mainly trying to scratch my own itch, and share what I have with the community early. My time to work on this is currently very limited, but I appreciate there's a demand and will look into Win & Mac when I do find the time.

At this point I would greatly appreciate any feedback from people that actually tried the Linux version to hear whether everything is working as expected.

Many thanks for your efforts man!
Which compact-size Linux ISO would you recommend?
  Resident 18.05.2015 2 12

How compact? What hardware/resources do you have available?
  Resident 2.10.2008 504

Perferably a VM with 3GB RAM and 2 cores of a recent i5 CPU.
