If you read the install.txt that come with this, it said there "the kontakt button "add library" utility is linked in kontakt and extracted in Kontakt folder."

So you can find it where you install your kontakt, mine was here:
C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Kontakt 8

Yes true but wasn't there for me when I looked. I had to patch again as Admin for Kontakt_Button to show and then after adding Libraries I had to run Standalone as Admin for Libraries to show up too and blocked with Firewall from connecting to the internet. Was only showing 12 and I had 91+

Mmmm, no. In my case is not installed, had to use the one installed with previous v7 version.
Btw all my libraries are showed correctly, I don't have "home made" modified one and keep all updated and well organized, the 8.01 works good but have the feeling is still not 100% and uses more memory.

no not that I can see... Previous Kontakt 7 bobdule version I have the Kontakt_Button

Edit (Fix): OK sorted... I re run the Kontakt 8.0.1 Patcher as Admin and got the Kontakt_Button at location:
C Program Files \ Native Instruments \ Kontakt 8

Now a 'Add Library' issue: Before using the 'Add Library' Kontakt_Button when it was missing there was already 12 Libaries in Kontakt 8. After using the Kontakt_Button it said there were 91 Libraries found and 'saved' and to re-open Kontakt 8 but only those 12 Libraries are there even after restarting the PC and running the Kontakt_Button as (Admin and non-Admin).
Will uninstall and try again

I have the Kontrol S61 mk3 keyboard and in the previews version (kon 7) by Bob it was working great since it was like the original and I could see all the libraries on my screen there. I don't know why but this version I see nothing on my screen and I can't see my libraries (only 10 of them from 1000+) anyone have the same experience?

I even rescan with the tool everything but still nothing.


**EDIT: so the fix that works for me to see all my previews libraries I just deleted everything in this folder:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\installed_products
then re-open kontakt 8 and let it scan all my folders.
But still my kontrol s61 mk3 won't show me anything on my screen, just the default preset and not all the graphics from the kontakt or browser.

see my above comment as I been using bobdule v7 before and everything worked. This time I had to run Kontakt 8 v8.0.1 (Standalone) Bobdule as 'Admin' for Libraries to show up not only as images (new style) but in Classic View too. I was also missing around 80 Libraries but around 12 were already there before using the Kontakt_Button and even after that they would not show up until running Standalone as 'Admin' and blocked with Firewall from connecting to the internet

check the content path location. and wait a few for the scan detection, it is like NKS library view, loading slowly.

open with a text editor, it should show:

delete the json and relaunch kontakt to generate a new file if needed.

the full libraries scan can take 4H if you have many.
people offen don't wait and post everywhere that nothing show.

generally reset the json works fast,
in the worst case you can still reset the database, rescan all from zero.
delete komplete.db3 here
