The R2R licence is just tied to Device ID and when you open the plugin and choose offline activation you SEE the Device ID it is just a matter of copy it (it even has an option copy to clipboard) and then paste it in the keygen and then hit generate and the keygen will save a file to the desktop called PA and then you just open license file in the plugin and voila it is regesterd
