Olymoon passed away...

One fine day, Olymoon sent me a message about a post I wrote; he was fascinated by the idea of creating popular music using the concepts of sonata form. He cherished these concepts. We spent long hours discussing music outside of audioz. He asked me to analyze a Miles Davis score that he considered a masterpiece. Breaking down the score, I revealed the simple composition that captivated so many people, but within a 20th century sound amid cool jazz. Every now and then we would fight sometimes.

I will never forget his invitation, to your home on the sunny shores of Tenerife, a trip to the southernmost tip of Europe, hangs heavy in my heart, a promise unfulfilled. Life, with its unexpected turns, took me on a different path. The pandemic forced me to disconnect, to step away from the online world where we once thrived. But I never left the only forum I've been visiting for years, thank you SAiNT. Yet, audioz, with its meticulous organization and dedication to musical purity, remained a constant, a bridge to our shared passion and know-How.
I found myself on this site that is right up my alley.

Olymoon, my dear friend, may you find solace in the most beautiful corners of the universe. Your dedication to music, your relentless pursuit of knowledge, and your skill as a guitarist leave an indelible mark on my soul. Fascinated with jazz, much like myself.
I still keep many of our conversations in memory and in email, when WhatApp didn't exist yet. Though you've departed too soon, the memory of your spirit will forever resonate within me.
Rest in eternal peace, dear friend. May you find your eternal peace, my dear, and be with God. That is my sincere and profound wish for you. It is a shame you departed so soon.
