Yes. I have something extra cool for it. It is a reworked GUI x2 of the original size. Extract the Resources folder over the one located at C:\Program Files\Novation\Bass Station

Me, too - Novation Remote 37 SL. I used to like this synth a lot [10 or so y ago]. It is still very usable but I'm booting into Windows less and less.
Btw. there are Novation effects for free download [and using], too. Kinda basic Chorus, Phaser, Delay, Filter and Tremolo. Maybe basic but you don't always need Sigmund delay and Vulcano filter, eh? :)

It's free because they have abandoned it. These plug-ins are 20 odd years old, so it's not really worth it to continue updating or selling them.

I really like this wave of legacy plug-ins getting released for free :) Imagine if all devs would do this!

this makes me think about my first pc after 68k (midi only) macs...
a celeron with 300mhz overclocked to 450.
8-track-harddiskrecording felt like black magic, virtual instruments like voodoo.
but I'm happy where we are today - I don't want those flickering 14" monitors back and decent speakers were quite expensive back then.

Is it possible to make it full offline? What if you activate online, can you save licence to activate it if you install it another time or on a different computer? Is there any more change than free 2.6 <-> 2.6.1?

I'm not completely sure about a different computer yet but yes you can save the license for later. I'm pretty sure it would work with another computer.

Yes, this is based on A-Station. Keyboard version.

edit: lol there's no A-Station keyboard version. A-Station is a kind of bassline synth. Like Pipotron2000 wrote it's based on K-Station.

How do you add presets to this thing that stick? And if this is the software version, why doesn't it accept .fxb files?

It seems to only you to import .mid files and when you do import one only the current preset is updated and when you try to scroll away and then come back, it's gone.
