This is a very strange tilt EQ:

Center freq 1kHz, Gain 20%

Low and High Cut are ok, even if fixed and don't even produce a phase twist

I accidentaly clicked on Harmonics and found this at 0dB

So you can at least reduce the harmonics by reduciing the level of the source (see THD - PD compensates this value for the input).

looks like it does the tilt within certain frequency area, not across entire frequency spectrum...maybe it's a good thing, but definitely not what I'd call Tilt EQ, as known from for ex. Fabfilter Pro-Q3
