I suppose the additional presets and the Factory Bank come with their "Arturia.Sound.Banks.Bundle.2021.12.CE", or just download previous v3.2.0 3GB release. That one surely contains all the presets.

I installed all (and backup from previous release presets) and got around 7k presets. This release and the separate soundbank release didn't include the "Pigment 3.5" soundpack. It's a soundpack that comes with each Pigment's big update. There are "Pigment 2.0" and "Pigment 3.0" soundpack for the last big update.

Each time Pigments get big update Arturia will include a new Factory Sound Pack that showcasing all the new features of the update in the presets. So you can learn how it (the new features) used for sound patches. It's not about the amount of presets really.

NOTE: 7k presets because I have hundreds of my own as well.

There are presets. Factory, Pigments 2.0 and Pigments 3.0. How are you not seeing them in "My Banks"?

Install 3.5 demo and grab 3.5 presets if you want them too, and copy them in. I did that, works fine.

Yes, 3.5 should ideally end up in the VR presets release. But saying this release has no presets, is just wrong.

Yes I can corroborate this, here is a snapshot of what it looks like after installing..

The error is:

Unexpected error on gui loading

[XML\ Error on parse file
C;\ProgramData\Arturia\Pigments\resources\Pigments_gui.xml : File "gui_xml/fx/distocontainer.xml" not found.

So maybe adding the file "distocontainer.xml" to the gui_xml directory from previous installations will fix this?
I'll try from an image of my Windows PC...

I'll let you know!

Update: the file "distocontainer.xml" is not there, in both installations, the working one and non working one...

Update 2: vivvo provided us with "distocontainer.xml" as I mentioned earlier! and that was finaly the fix for this!

to do a clean thing download the file from Arturia's site and replace those dll & vst3 so no more gui problems and you have all the factory 3.x soundbanks

If you don't mind me asking: where did you get those files? These are not V.R.'s crack, which is the same for this "rev2" and the previous rls. But these files have invalid digital signatures, so they look cracked too...
