FLARE would it be possible to have a hosts patch in the next releases of Arcade, to block the lines as you indicated in the instructions, as R2R often does?

we need update on utility tool 2, its slower than 1 in updating the local.db file

Will there still be endless copies of libraries in the list?

Is that really the only difference compared to the previous version?
If so, then I definitely don't need to download it.
A proper search function or another structure of arcade would be what everyone needs.
Scrolling down to find something takes all the fun out of this version of Arcade because it takes an incredibly long time to find something ... even if it sounds good.

Does anyone know how to fix infinitive presets in search? I lost my mind trying to make it work. Arcade v1 worked much better. You could easily brows lines and everything worked just fine. Thanks!

Guys, I am new to Arcade and I found it interesting, the sounds are good, but there are two issues that perhaps someone could help me with: (a) the Flare Tool to install content is extremely slow, and much more so when I use a symlink to move the libraries somewhere else, since they won't fit in my SSD. It takes one hour or more per ZIP file! Is there a way to improve this? (b) The order of patches in the Search window seems to be random. Is there any way to sort them, say, by package, or perhaps to filter things out? At the very least, there should be some kind of list view without the huge icons. I couldn't find a way to do this, and it seems to me it would be pretty stupid to leave such an essential feature out...

Edit: Using a symlink definitely doesn't work. For some reason it causes a big mess in the database, with repeated patches, etc. So it really has to be in the ProgramData folder. Since the huge installation won't fit in my SSD, I am giving up until the matter is solved.

Hey Guys ! I's always offline and i need to click search then i can reach Libraries. Is it should be like this ?

No preview works, favorites don't work either, the message is "try again later". Deleting presets does not work either, Is it only me, is there a solution to fix all that ??


There are duplicates in the presets, this makes navigation tedious. I've tried to install them on the original location and on another.... problem is the same.

I reinstalled 4 times for trying to resolve problems with several solution, the blocking lines are well registered in the host file.

Is it one version who worked nice ??

(using on win 10 64, both stand alone and in studio one 5.4.1.

Workaround option...for those having importing library errors/failures/not showing etc.
How I got the libraries to appear in Arcade on Mac Mojave (and above Im guessing)

1. Install Arcade on a PC
2. Import your libraries via Utility tool V2
3. Copy the "Arcade" folder from your PC - C:\ProgramData\Output\Arcade
(you will need an external drive to paste it to then connect it to your Mac)
4. Paste it to your Mac directory - Library/Application Support/Output


Ps: Press "Forget USB" if u get a message regarding Audio Content library.
