Its not the same. Check release from official V.R and HASH compare it to the other post.
Probably they fixed the issue in the previous release eventhough nothing is mentioned in the nfo. (I am no auditory user, I won't install, just dld)

the missing licence for Klirrton Grindstein is now there, but that's about it, everything else is the same. Deleight is still showing as unregistered for example.

Yeah the only way to know the Rev number is to read the nfo (and to compare sizes / sha1.... whatever Hidera's girlfriend from his avatar will command you to do! )
