Waves Central: New Version (V12.0.19)
New: Appearance setting to enable dark mode.
New: β€œComplete Waves cleanup” setting to uninstall and delete all Waves files except for the contents of the Waves Data folder.
New: β€œMy Offers” bottom bar to explore personal deals and offers.
Added "Download Team Viewer for remote assistance" link to the Support section.
The new version of Central no longer supports macOS 10.10 (Yosemite).
Various other fixes and improvements.

No success for me in Big Sur for any plugins besides studio rack and 2 or 3 others... Waiting to hear about a possible workaround?

Not working in Big Sur.... How do these even work in Mojave? Thought that was abandoned awhile for compatibility. Anyone with a work-around please help/post..

For Windows users
I installed the Waves Central V12.0.16 yesterday and used the "Waves Complete v2020.10.19 Emulator Only-R2R" that you can find here at audioz, it works for all the plugins I have installed,The only issue i have in Fl studio (is the only DAW I use) I can't open WaveShells V12 to play with the Element2 2.0 instrument, I have to open it on a mixer channel, but it plays no sound (all the other vsts working perfectly well, no problem at all, even Waves StudioRack latest version works flawlesly)
hope this info can help some of you guys, and if someone knows how to open correctly the Element2 to play with, ill be very thankfull.

Obs: Element2 plays and works very well as standalone application
Element 2 comes with Mercury bundle, it has almost all the Waves plugins.

I just installed the Waves Central V12.0.16 and installed all the plugins online, after that i logged out and exit Waves Central V12.0.16 then I used Waves Complete v2020.10.19 Emulator Only-R2R and put it on the right folder path, is all in the readme file.
Obs: windows 10 pro!

It worked to me with Waves Central V12.0.16 and then I used Waves Complete v2020.10.19 Emulator Only-R2R works for all the plugins i installed, i installed the complete Mercury bundle

Mostly fx, but almost all of their nonlinear processors and analog emulations aren't well handled due to lack of oversampling implementation or plugin optimization to work at higher sample rates or to treat their nonlinearities properly; there are far better options in this regard like TDR, Acon Digital, Voxengo, Cytomic, Meldaproduction, DMG, some Plugin Alliance and Softube stuff to name a few; if a nonlinear plugin processor that's not supposed to add aliasing on purpose isn't made to handle their own aliasing, I'd question its development for sure. Even if its oversampling implementation doesn't eliminate all the aliasing, it's better than nothing and reflects the concerns of the developer to bring properly made plugins.

pd: everything I say is obviously my opinion, lol, rightfully so based on reason, facts and understanding on the topic I'm touching.
