My point is time is running too fast; and my second point is that NI should make updates at some point, shouldn't they? They synth is cool and all, but outdated(GUI, sampler, grains engine etc. - all of those can be improved dramatically these days).

And it's not an outboard physical instrument. Not funny, man, not funny

I'm only surprised there aren't more soundpacks for it than I am that there isn't AbsynthX. The GUI could definitely use an update if you're looking for new. But I like the nostalgia. Not a lot of things left in my life that are still the same as they were in my late teens (I was like 17 when this thing was first released) because everything is modernized/improved for the newest trends. Good music can and has been made from this synth and the synths before and after it. It's fun to go back and make stuff with the old goodies, makes you feel like a kid again. :)

Yup, it was. This is why it should be updated. Almost all old NI products are priceless, but they are outdated by one way or another and should get some love from developers(I hope more love than Massive X received).

rubbish they could update the GUI the legacy synth are almost unusable on a 4 k monitor, they don't have to radically change anything. In the case of Massive X is a completely new synth.

Absynth has actually been updated resently! So stop pesting the thread with nonsens and stuff you dont know anyting about.

Same goes for the two other releases from NI/V.R.

Yep i was thinking the same, i have the last version cracked by R2R and works fine in Reaper and Ableton Live 11 and since i have almost all NI stuff cracked by R2R and working fine i really don't wanna risk anything for an update that to me is not essential on Windows.

so i know it has new presets, which were not included before, so it is worth in that to upgrade. but from the changelog view it isnt, because GUI is still for ants (even on 1080p), some of the GUI parts are very outdated and if you are on 4K, you have no chance working with it.

Now I know that this update is not for me. (Using win7 x64 and Reaper)
Absynth Interstellar' with200 presets will probably be posted alone at some point.
If I had bought this plugin I would be very disappointed. As other stated, priority should be at least a resizable GUI.

B4 is long time ago discontinued, R2R released a legacy release some years ago.
The same for Pro53, i love this one, probably one of the first vst leeched via eDonkey2000/Overnet - time flies.
