Denise Audio Sub Generator v1.0.0.WiN-MacOSX-FLARE screenshot
Team FLARE | 01 April 2021 | WiN: 7.35 MB | MacOSX: 9.70 MB
The Sub Generator is a great way to quickly dial in low frequencies to tracks in your mix, using our simple-to-use GUI and controls. Inspired by the same enveloping filter concept as our Noize 2 plugin, the plugin allows you a great level of control over this tricky frequency range in the mix.

With the denise Sub Generator you can quickly dial in a sub that compliments the tone and frequency of it’s source signal, and this can be applied to any sound or signal in your DAW. By fine tuning the frequency or note, you can easily tune your drums by adding extra sub to your tracks or even replacing it. The plugin can make your basslines deeper, make-up for distant microphone recordings for drums or vocals, and can even be used as a stand alone sub. Add weight to and really feel your bottom end.

Well said.
Not only that, but Flare has kindly given more links than just the normal UL and RG required.
And it was pretty obvious it's a user problem.
Especially if they can't be bothered to use another link, but be bothered to write the same thing in 3 posts! lol.

mrcrichi It sounds like a bandwidth problem your end, but try a different browser...

Made the request for this one. Happy to see it here, thanks.

for Windows 10 user, the License location is :

C:/Users/(your username)/AppData/Roaming/Denise/License/

If you had Denise God Mode installed before, you will see the license for God Mode is already there.
It makes no sense to say you’re not good at it. It’s like saying, “I’m not good at being a monk.” You are either living as a monk or you’re not.

If you have a hidden /Library/Application Support folder, paste it in
(user)/Library(hidden)/Application Support/Denise/License

Yup. You need to unhide your user Library or navigate to it. You can temporarily unhide by holding down command+shift+period

no it´s not hidden. I created a license folder in application support/denise, then pasted the lic. file but I'm in trial mode..

That's because it was hidden, and you were using the findable Library folder.

Hold alt and click on Go in the Finder bar.
The hidden Library folder can also be found this way too.
It appears in the dropdown.

just trying to tell people how effective "Request Section" is if been used properly.

most of what I've requested are fulfilled here, no kidding. 5 or 6 I guess in these past few months.

Yet it also notifies the few devs who also takedown the requests, so it has been said by The Pirate.
So it can have the opposite affect.
Which makes me think that whatever comes, comes either way. Request or not.
I mean, people had requested sound libs I eventually put up.
But it doesn't mean it affected me rushing to put them up as such.
If I would have even seen the requests.
I think people just share what they can.

All measuring parameters of this plugin are so awful it must be treated as a cruel distortion plugin.
It ruins everything: frequency response, phase response, impulse response (long post ringing tails), transient response, harmonic response, does a 25 dB expansion, has a THD of ~ -25 dB (!).

Could you please elaborate for the less versed on the matter? Isn't this supposed to add 'subharmonics' to a source sound? You mean that it distorts the source signal in a 'bad' way in its low freq range? Thanks.

It distorts the source signal in a 'bad' way 1. by creating subharmonics of very poor quality (with all of the distortions and drawbacks I mentioned in my previous comment) and 2. by affecting in that same manner (degrading) some parameters of the whole spectrum range too, not even solely the upper bass range.
For creating subharmonics I highly recommend using Leapwing Root One.

I keep saying that lowender is the best option

For the project I'm working on I used Root One as FInalMaster suggested, it kind of added a pleasing sub content that i'm happy with atm, it has quite some faders and numerical boxes to control the sub treatment in an easy way... The only con is that it freezes the DAW for about 10 secs. each time I open the plugin window.

I'd like to have a bigger room and monitors to work better with lowend though! I use AKG 712 PRO too for more reference but I feel it's a beast dificcult to mix...

I'll check lowender, Reinier, much appreciated too.
