Instructions
1. Go to waves folder and Install Waves Central and Run
2. Select Offline Installer and Click Install from an Offline Installer
3. Browse the Waves folder you downloaded (For Mac Users, move folder to "Users/yourname/public/")
4. Select the plugins you like and Install!
5. Apply patch and Enjoy

because Waves 12 plugins require Metal capable gpu, regardless of MacOS version installed:

It is recommended to do a complete Uninstall but you can always test without putting Uninstalling.

I never reinstall - just click Waves Central in your Applications Folder then navigate to the new Waves Central you just downloaded and install the plugin of your choice from there.

IF this "HF Roll Off" feature for RS124 is the only change to to this update, it should be enough to post the 13 MB "Abbey Road RS124.bundle" file to easily be replaced.

On MacOS, this file is located in:
/Applications/Waves/"Plug-Ins V12"/

This 13 MB file, is the difference from former release.

Go to Waves website -> Support -> System Requirements (in the Tech Specs section)

The Plugins tab suggests that Version 10 was the last version to officially support Windows 7 (SP1 64 bit).

So, it's definitely not supported. It may still work but you're probably better off taking the plunge and upgrading to Win 10, which will surely become inevitable as time marches on.

I am actually working with R2R v11 version v2020.05.28 & win 7 x64 without any flaws. For the v11 this message was only to force people to migrate to win 10. In practice it did work. But for v12 I don't know, it may be true. It would be paradise if R2R may purpose a v11 Waves Complete updated to 11.01.21 plugins library ! Because we don't want to be pushed and forced to use a new OS version if we are satisfied with the good old and stable version. Don't see much interests in win 10.

Is anyone else unable to find the RS124 or CLA Epic on MAC? Waves central says its installed but Its non-existent in my daw (FL Studio) after doin the normal find plugins

Can anyone confirm if I'm good with just using the patch from v11 on this? All of these uploads include the complete installation when I can just use the Waves Installer, which works quite quickly. Thanks!

After problems with installation i figured it out.
I had to move "install.cen" to folder to "Users/yourname/public/Waves Offline Installers" along with Data.
