All Waves SoundGrid applications, firmware and drivers: Across-the-board software update to V12:

New: SoundGrid QRec v12.2.0.155: A simplified SoundGrid host for connecting your Mac/PC to a SoundGrid I/O or network. QRec allows you to record live shows from a SoundGrid I/O card to a DAW, perform virtual soundcheck from a DAW, or use any SoundGrid I/O as an interface for studio recording and playback.

Updated: StudioRack v12.4.0.157
New: Internal sidechain – An additional routing menu is now available in plugins with sidechaining ability, making it possible to receive internal sidechain sources from within StudioRack.
Fixed: When two instances of the same plugin were inserted into a StudioRack parallel or multiband processing rack, and automation was recorded for the same parameter in both plugin instances, a bug caused both automation lanes in the DAW to show only the first automation, making it impossible to modify the second automation lane independently. This bug is now fixed.
StudioRack SoundGrid Processing Mode – Bug Fixes:
Fixed: DAW crashing when SoundGrid Processing mode is switched during play.
Fixed: Logic crashing when sample rate is changed while StudioRack is inserted.

Fixed: Issues when a second logged-in user loads SoundGrid Studio on the same Mac as the first user.

Instructions
1. Go to waves folder and Install Waves Central and Run
2. Select Offline Installer and Click Install from an Offline Installer
3. Browse the Waves folder you downloaded (For Mac Users, move folder to "Users/yourname/public/")
4. Select the plugins you like and Install!
5. Apply patch and Enjoy

Can these be updated through online installer using Waves central and patch from previous download? I go onto Waves site and says I have 12.0 but not sure if these incremental updates have been done. I updated by selecting all the plug-ins but it didn't seem to take long. My SSL Eq for instance is 12.0.0.87 Build R 215024. Is this the latest version? cheers

These Are The Perfect Mac Install Instructions:
MAC OS HIGH SIERRA , Catalina
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
First, Uninstall ALL previous versions of Waves. Preferences, AUs. (Waves Central has an Uninstaller – works fine).
STEP 1: Install Install_Waves_Central.dmg, then run it (is placed in the apps folder), once u run it, close it without try to install anything.
STEP 2: Restart your mac.
STEP 3: Move the install.cen file AND the ‘Data’ folder to: Users / yourname / public / WavesOfflineInstallers folder
STEP 4: Run Waves Central from Applications folder. Turn the internet off first!
STEP 5: Select Continue Offline.
STEP 6: Select Browse.
STEP 7: The Waves Center should default point to the Waves Offline Installers folder in STEP 3, if not, browse to the Users / yourname / public / WavesOfflineInstallers folder directory.
STEP 8: CLICK OPEN.
STEP 9: Select the desired products / bundles (tick the square next to ‘Mac’ and it installs everything) then click Install.
STEP 10: RESTART YOUR MAC.
STEP 11: Run WavesLicenseEngine (Patch folder).
STEP 12: Run ALL Waves AU Reg Utility files in: Applications> Waves> WaveShells V12

Here is how i got it working on windows 10 64bit:

1. turn internet connection off
2. copy "waves" folder that came with this download to your main windows vstplugins folder (where your daw checks for new plugins)
3. install waves central and click install offline.
4. waves central will ask where the "waves" folder is. Show it that is in the vstplugins folder, not in the download folder!!!
5. select plugins you want and click install
6. after install it wants to reboot, but you close waves central instead and install the patch from the patch folder that came with the download.
7. after installing this patch you can restart the pc
8. make sure nothing waves related is in "autostart with windows" in task manager
9. scan your DAW for the waves plugins
10. if your DAW makes crackling/popping sounds uninstall the program "waves soundgrid drivers"
11. you can now delete the downloaded waves folder, because you moved it to your vstplugins folder in the beginning. Turn internet back on

Hello guys I already installed waves in windows 10. Now it asks me: "locate clavinet samples folder" "locate electricG80 samples folder" "locate grand rhapsody samples folder" "locate bass fingers samples folder" "locate bass slapper samples folder". Could someone help me locate that folder? I would be very grateful!

Just go to: https://www.waves.com/downloads/sample-libraries, create an account, verify the account via email and then download the SD or HD version of the libraries... and ENJOY!
