I downloaded and followed instructions for Waves Complete V12 Mac. all of my plugins are in my waves plugin folder in my DAW but when i try to open a plugin session they are black and with no UI.
can someone help me. i did have version 9 waves complete bundle not sure if that needs to be deleted first. if so can someone please help me to do this or is anyone knows what to do.

Can you just install this over the top of another installation? I used to just do that previously, straight over the top with no issues. I have Waves from like 3 years back or so. Would I need to uninstall the current Waves I have or not? Cheers...

When I open Logic Pro X, the Wave plug-in is always re-scanning. Validates everything, no problem.
But I quit Logic Pro X and reopen Logic.
Restarts the scan.
All Wave plug-ins are invalid.
I don't know what's wrong.
There are only V11 plugins.
