Someone figured out how to assign a sample to a Midi note?

My snare sample is Ok in Speedrum but it is impossible to play it via Midi in Logic

Unfortunately there is no Instruction Manual.

It´s an alpha version...not even a beta. It's still in development.

And yes, if it had midi keys assignament it would be perfect.

Maybe in the future it will be even better than Poise (it´s free too).

So in this way Speedrum it is useless!

'Poise' is only for Win (I' on Mac ) but I'm testing Drum Spillage.

This could be useful if they follow through with a solid version, but the deal-breaker for me, something that Poise has (a plugin I still use for certain things,) but Maschine still lacks, is the ability to incorporate true Round-Robins, something which is savagely useful for everything from hihats to percussion.
I'm gonna keep an eye on this plugin. Thanks for the heads up on this one, Freebies.

Speedrum (its big brother, now on version 1.0.7.1 as I write this) has a number of round robin features and layering/splitting controls in the lower part of the layers panel, as well as a section of "humanization" controls.

What would make this sampler perfect is if it had a step sequencer built in with full MIDI support being able to drag & drop MIDI grooves.
