Omnisphere Pangaea Deluxe is a collection of 364 patches for Spectrasonics Omnisphere 2.

This library was designed to explore the lighter side of Omnisphere, specifically targeting an ambient, ethnic spirit. It is the perfect soundset for scoring National Geographic and Discovery Channel style documentaries; and for adding light, atmospheric, world music vibes to your tracks.

The sound of these patches is expressive, organic and emotional. Alongside world instruments, percussion and soundscapes, there is a wealth of hybrid sounds that combine ethnic instruments and vocals with organic, psychoacoustic sources and also synth sounds. These give you original, world instruments and timbres that you won’t find in existing sample libraries.

Also, the synthier elements of Pangaea are specifically designed to capture the ambient flavours of digital synth favourites such as the Roland D50 and the Korg M1 – especially those classic glassy, vocal and bell sounds.

Pangaea is a rich source of mystical, hybrid ethnic plucked string and mallet instruments; subtle world rhythms; wistful vocal soundscapes and ethereal choirs; lush ambient textures; evocative digital synth pads; lyrical hybrid synth leads, and soulful arpeggios and sequences. Plus, there are tonal impacts, gentle pianos and soft, punchy basses.

This is a soundset with a lot of soul. A mystical realm where natural timbres and fantasy tones entwine to create a vibrant, sonorous and spiritual landscape.

This Deluxe version features 64 bonus patches, featuring samples and soundsources from the Trilian and Bob Moog Tribute libraries. These bonus sounds add complimentary natural bass sounds, as well as darker synth elements and experimental tones.

almost every week, there must be like 2-5 new omnisphere soundbanks announced at Kvraudio.

i am sure there must be at least 100 to 150 omnisphere soundbanks that never got released 'outside'.

because massive is now a bit calm, from time to time, there are a few new sylenth banks, serum is destroying everything (after the 1600 sylenth soundbanks from the marvelous AoN ArmyofNinjas), i wouldn't be surprised if there already were like 300 to 500 Serum soundbanks (hopefully someone will make a big list with all available releases...),
and omnisphere... well, omnisphere, there seems to be a steady flow of releases, as every week, there are another 2-5 new soundbanks. people and sound designers definitely love that synth, even a non pro, by locking some parameters by groups, and by simply changing the sound source used, one can quickly create a 32 sound bank. a few tweaks here and there, some new fx, loading a new arp... a few changes on the amp and filter sections.. and voila, we have a 32sound bank that we could almost sell as a new soundbank, nobody would notice whatsoever ;)

after the Arturia V6 collection announcement (fm7, 2 other synths, a clavinet + 3-4 pianos),

i would pay 50 bucks JUST TO KNOW what Eric Sterling and co. are doing now: 20 new pianos ? omnisphere 3 ?
