I think this may be a Windows only release. There is no way to install it on OS X and the original poster has offered no installation explanation beyond the 'ReadMe' which does not apply to Mac OS X as far as I can tell.

How install it?
1. Choose a color (Red, Blue, Orange or Green)
2. Open the plugin folder and replace on our "Resource" folder.
3. Enjoy!

Hi and thanks for these colorful skins:-) I'm on a Mac using Logic X. Inside the AU plug-in resources folder there is a single file: 'SausageFattener.rsrc' When I replace this single file with all of your .bmp and other images the plug-in dissapears from Logic X and will not load. Do I need to somehow wrap all of your files and convert them into a .rsrc file? If so is there a program that will do that?
