Incredible Chords Vol. 1 is a free, original royalty-free chords sample pack fresh out of the oven and ready to be served. This is the first installment of the Incredible Chords series and will only get better with each release.

In this sample pack you will find a nice variety of inspirational chords, plucks, stabs and evolving pads in nearly all keys and in scales such as minor, minor 7th, major and major 7th. There is also a folder of extras and a few dark piano loop variations. No MIDI?! Why make a chords pack with no MIDI? I never get why people do that. WAV on it's own is so restricting.

May be dev dont use midi. May be he recorded from hardware synth directly to his DAW.

It's possible, I was generalising really. I learn a lot from seeing the MIDI files, and obviously it allows you to get more mileage out of the packs.
