CineBrass PRO is comprised of entirely new orchestral brass sample content, using the first-call Los Angeles musicians at the SONY Scoring Stage, mixed by Dennis Sands.Our CineBrass core library, released in June 2011, covers the essentials of the orchestral brass section, and functions as a solid foundation in our composing templates. But what about all the other things brass can do? We asked you, the film music community, what you wanted to see in an expansion. The result is CineBrass PRO.

CineBrass is revolutionary in its power and simplicity for recreating the sound of the orchestral brass section. The library was designed by composers, for composers, with direct feedback from the film music community during its development. The result is a brass library that is easy to use, composer-friendly, with unparalleled recording quality. CineBrass does not require you to purchase any sampling software, and is licensed to work with the free Kontakt Player. All you need is a sequencer like Logic, Cubase, Digital Performer, LIVE, Cakewalk, or even Apple GarageBand and you’ll be up and running. Under the direction of esteemed composer/violinist Michael Levine came a set of perfectly cinematic FX designed for practical realization in your sequencer. Read the site/link. Cinebrass CORE is an upgrade, Cinebrass Pro is an expansion.

Very nice on the releases lately-- I do have to admit that I feel a bit bad for the developers (but I'm not complaining about AudioZ, Catalyst!)- I don't think I've seen so many pricy relases being pirated in such a short amount of time in at least a decade.

I work in the industry and Try Before Buying, genuinely. Please, please-- downloading the libraries just to mess around with them is one thing, and no reasonable person would tell you to buy because of that. But if you are truly using these instruments for a lot of time (if you make money off it or not), please support the good developers especially. I'm talking about Embertone (who only have two releases that cost over 100 dollars...), Cinesamples, and Cinematic Strings 2 (who give a 50%! discount to students and teachers). ... Don't give East West a dime though, fuck them and their shitty customer service haha.

Thank you very much to the uploaders and teams that have shared such good content lately. All of the above doesn't really apply to them- it is up to the downloaders to stick to the original warez ideals to keep everything coming (remember, requests for PC and Mac versions as well as no one ever buying was one of the reasons why a big team in particular broke up a year or two ago, although they seem to be making a comeback).

this is Anne from Cinesamples - yes, the company you all so willingly steal from. Let me tell you two thing right here:

1)
All of our products are watermarked and contain a tracking system on top of the Native Instruments registration. We do not hesitate to prosecute people stealing from us and if you google it you will see that we have won those fights in front of court in the past. I would strongly advise you to not download anything from this website and if you have already done so, delete the product from you machines. We have already tracked down the uploader and he will have to deal with severe consequences, not just from us but from all the other companies which we informed of course.

Reading your comments above makes me and every developer over here sick to our stomachs. I don't expect you to realize how many months of work, how much sweat and tears go into the production of a sample library. But I do expect you to know what's right and wrong. Stealing from small companies like ours (yes, most sampling companies consist of 2-5 people) equals taking away our salary after we worked 12-15 hour days for months to give you the most amazing products we can produce. And even then, we try to make our products more available to everyone through sales and discounts. Yet, it seems that you think our work should just be for free. Do you think SONY MGM Scoring Stage doesn't cost money? That the musicians play for free? That the thousands of samples record and edit themselves? You must be under that impression because otherwise I cannot see how a halfway decent human being can steal from us like that and even brag about it.

2) I'm perfectly aware of all the efforts you've invested in the making of this product, but if it was in my intention to buy it, it would already have been done. I sincerely hope your stomach will now understand that if I download illegally your product, you will suffer any loss of earnings (on the contrary, by demoing it, there is a chance I will buy it afterwards...).

Anne1987, as a little consolation, know that there's a karma in everything. If they, miraculously, will make $$$ worthy music out of these stolen products, dont worry, people will download their music illegally and then it's their turn to cry out loud "Stop stealing our hard work!".
But that's just a theory, most of them are just proud owners of massive hard drives filled with multiple TB of every music tool they can put their hands on. Much is really less in this case.

We mainly suffer from "Hoarding disorder" (That means we don't use your samples we just collect them) Other people here suffer from unemployment, mental or physical illnesses that don't allow them to work, or just general madness due to a deprived childhood. I don't think the availability of your Libraries here will have too much effect on your annual turnover. If you go down to your local unemployment office i would be surprised if you sold anything.
Anyway, we are just normal villains and not professional re-sellers or anything like that so don't have any sleepless nights. What we do like to do here is share things and be nice to each other (sometimes) Love and peace.

Anne1987 - Your rant, though no doubt well intended, comes across as shrill and self righteous. Communities like these are based on the philosophy that users should be able to sample products before they commit to buying them. Offhand I can count at least 12 products I have bought in the last year or two after trying them through an uploaded copy on this site, including one of your company's libraries. I do so because these are products that have met the standard I set for sampling/programming quality, good design, reliability, ease of use, etc, and I see myself using them professionally. For those that don't meet that standard, yes, I eventually delete them, not out of some fear of karmic retribution, but because they don't merit the drive space they occupy. But I do feel that working professionally with a product does oblige me to buy it. Without doubt there are those who download without feeling any such obligation, but they are not your customers, nor would they ever be, even if file sharing were somehow stopped tomorrow. So while I do sympathize with the plight of the developers and I (like those who release the shared versions) strongly encourage others to support them by purchasing their worthy products, I have to say the damage done to their interests by sharing sites is wildly overstated.

If you get this error, just copy the "Cinebrass Pro_info.nkx" and the "Cinebrass Pro_info.nkc" files to the instruments folder, then - Go to the Libraries tab in kontakt (next to "files" top left)
- "add Library"
- browse to where you have saved the inst. and sample folders. I mean the Root folder
It should then generate a lovely looking Cinebrass Pro image with the Instrument selections below it.

Unfortunately, still getting the same error Sinc. Thanks for your help though. I copied just like you said. It adds to the library again nicely but the encrypted error shows again. Anything else comes to your mind? Thanks again mate :)

I have the exact same problem as togitom (encrypted error). I have no issues with any other recent DL'd libraries ... Any way those 5 vital files could be uploaded ? Thanks :-)

Just found the solution to "this Library is encrypted blabla", it worked for both my OsX and Win setup. Looks like you have to move the custom .nicnt file included to any other folder for the library to be properly added to Service Center, and once it's done you can use any .nicnt and wallpaper you want! It was easier than I thought... rofl
