The idea behind Vertigo Glass & Iron
For scoring two new German TV series, “Polizeiruf” and “ZERV”, Cinematique Instruments were looking for a new class of warm, rich sounds, which could create tension at the same time. After experimenting with different sources, they decided to extend the sample sessions and build a new Vertigo instrument. The result is a raw and very organic library, based around rubbed glasses, bowed vibraphone and gamelan, plus all kinds of struck glass and metal objects. Some special articulations were also created by running the sounds through modular equipment.



About Cinematique Instruments
René Dohmen and Joachim Dürbeck have successfully been working as composers, producers and artists in the music industry. Their work covers everything from classical productions to electronic or even abstract-experimental music as well as numerous commissions for film scores. Always in search of new and unique sounds they decided to create and release their own sample libraries under the name of Cinematique Instruments.

Double click to *.vstsound file, it will open Steinberg Library Manager, if you want to install pick "register", it will copy file to content folder, if you want to use file in same folder without copying pick "register in place".

If anybody dont know yet you can download this and many other libraries for free with Steinberg Download Assistant.

@Huseyin, I agree, it does not work with elicencer based halion 6 and HS, but it does work with Halion Sonic SE 3.5.10.

It is shown in SE as "Glass & Iron." It doesn't have "Vertigo" leading its name like the other 4 released already. It does have it in the picture for it though. I mean on the main "All Instruments" page. The preset does have "Vertigo" in front.

Strangely enough, it IS in b25. This page says it is part of Symphonic Bundle, and b25 has that: https://cinematique-instruments.com/pages_instr/page_vertigo_glassiron.php

"rem 1BA8 Vertigo Symphonic (Cinematique Instruments)"

If you go to the VST3 loader in Nuendo, it IS shown there for 6 and Sonic, but when you try to load it, it says, "The preset could not be loaded. This can happen if the preset was saved by a newer version of this plug-in or by an incompatible plug-in."

So as of right now, no, it is not working at all in 6 or Sonic. I think V.R is laughing, as a guess. :) Maybe b26 soon.

P.S. The "code" for Symphonic gets installed to Syncrosoft as a second instance of Vertigo Cello only. This is likely the issue.

Agreed Teamcubeadooby, same here.
I think the vertigo bundle is for Kontakt?
And yes Vingula (below this post) It works in H SE 3.5.10 also if you just register it with the library manager, where ever you want it.
Edit:
It is certain now this licence is not in b25, cause my legit Cubase 11 complains about the missing licence at startup and C11 only looks at elicencer.
It still loads in Halion Sonic SE 3.5.10 in C11 cause that one also looks at the steinberg licence manager.

tested in HalionSonic 3.5.10 and it works, I just copy*.vstsound in C:\ProgramData\Steinberg\Content\HALion\VST Sound, and thats it

How can I download it and install for free? Logged in on my acc but cant download it. Do i have to use b25 patcher from VR? I'm using r2r version

I have V.R's patch + R2R's Silk emulator. This library is not working with Halion SE or Halion 6 it asks activation but almost all other sound libraries, MIDI libraries, loops etc. working.

You cant use any library without activation in legit Halion already. Many libraries works cause of V.R's license generator.
