You may want Unitypdf, it's freeware and very easy to use.
Get it from here (orginal company is no more):
UnityPDF (from Softpedia)

After installing/unpacking and starting, UnityPDF may ask you to install .net 3.5.
... at least in WinX it's unnecessary!
If it does, just open UnityPDF.exe.Config in an editor and change it's content to (without the quotes):
"<?xml version="1.0"?>
<configuration>
<startup>
<supportedRuntime version="v2.0.50727"/>
<supportedRuntime version="v4.0"/>
</startup>

</appSettings>

btw:
Make a shortcut/link to UnityPDF in your SendTo folder!
This way you mark your pdf-pages (in the correct order) and right-klick-send them to UnityPDF, imho it greatly improves workflow.
