So let me summarize:

1. if you own prevous legit Reason versions, you won't be able to open your old projects in the R2R Versions?

2. if you have lots of purchased RE's you will not be able to use them, you'll only be dependent on the RE'S released from R2R?

Conclusion:

The R2R Reason releases are absolutely useless for existing Reason users due to the mentioned barriers.
The R2R Reason releases are just some kind of trial for the biosphere of the old alienated cheapskate "my last version of Reason was version 5 because it was cracked!" species who ain't serious musicians anyway or they may have found some other cracked harbour.. (no disrespect)

Unfortunately these releases are nothing for the new alienated species like me, who payed lots for the Reason universe and have now been neglected due to Propellerheads new subscription politics, wich only cares for their new monthly paying Reason+ members, who also maybe not that serious.

The only solution would be a Rack Extension Cache Builder who includes the old existing RE's or R2R releasing all hundreds of the existing RE's wich seems pretty impossible for my imagination.

This is no hating or disrespecting the honorable R2R group in any way it's just a decision guidance ;)

Let's see what time brings!
