added right skin version in cubase 10
repatched cubase and nuendo to try remove any user errors
that may have been made adding patches - dc is still bad do,
Added Nuendo 8 2017 for testing DC is not as bad.

Did you download the correct patch and also cubase 10.5 does not run on 7 or win 8. It is only win10. And it is stable fot me. The dc is not but the one with dc problem is stable on my system.

Same thing on my system, channel strip is... weird. I have access to the 3 compressors, no problem, proof:

...But like you, with any other strip plug (other than the EQ), I don't have access to the parameters, there is no "e" to edit the plugs, see here:

Found it!

The problem is that XML files are missing in the C:\Program Files\Steinberg\Cubase 10.5\VST XMLs\Steinberg Media Technologies

Solution: Decompress this archive in the folder above.

Now everything works, proof.

One thing: you should remove anymixPro.vst3, AFAIK it never worked... unless you managed to make it works? It could be a cool addition! :)

EDIT: Didn't found any solution for the Multitap Delay, it is nowhere to be found in all the plugins i have... Unless I search in the wrong place?

let me know if help i did use the original skin to fix some issues and meter and eq of ch strip is correct only conections is having graphic issues.
don't enable hidpi if your monitor or graphics card does not support this feature.

Here it is! It was in the DC Take 2, but didn't saw it!

Solution: 1°) Rename C:\Program Files\Steinberg\Cubase 10.5\VST3\Cubase Plug-in Set.vst3 to Cubase Plug-in Set.BAK

2°) Extract and copy the content of this archive in the folder above.

friends as I understand it you have to use the new eLicenser .9 but installing this, we block all HALion preset 6 and groove agent, is there?

Is this really 10.5? I'm missing some of the new options in the preferences like colorizing mixing channels. Also no video export in the menu.

That's odd. The colorizing is working now. But there is definitely no such thing as a video export option under file->export.

Any chance ver 10.5 will work under cubase elements 8 trial license?
I always have problem with ver 10 trial . Can't make the antiteial work after all the steps i followed.
I mean after i install antiteial and opening elicenser i am not seeing any licenses.
After dectivating antitrial i see the licenses .

If you have cubase elements trial licence 8 active in your elicencer just goto step 3 on the menu and install

What's the difference between this package (near 500 MB) and the full installer (20GB) ?

Do we need to install the full version first ?
