I just tried it in Studio One 5. Works like a charm.

As mentioned, there are some presets (not all) that are very CPU intensive, especially some piano banks. My computer is an Intel i9 11900K, with 64GB of RAM.

Anyone knows how to remove duplicates from my packs ? I noticed I have some presets that appear 6-7 times . .

Also there is something pretty strage about it, it's on my PC but still have place for 16 libraries ? XD ???

From Settings > Data Utility you can delete user performances and waveforms but i dont think you can delete patches.

Probably they want full compatibility about Montage hardware thats why they didnt want to allow more banks. Skip 16 libraries there is also 3.7 GB sample memory limit, sometimes i couldnt import more than 10-12 banks.

They should release it as standalone because this can be a goto vst with some optimizatrions.

Fact is this thing is not a paid product which is everybody can purchase. This VSTI made for Montage hardware users, when you buy Montage there is download code and you can download with Steinberg Download Assistant, it means someone downloaded and shared thats how we can use it now. In time it could be public VSTI cause probably they were thinking it could increase Montage sales but things changed little bit for them.

it has great presets but I can´t understand how i hasn´t got a great CP70 or CP80, I mean Yamaha you should have the best CP70 !

I can only load one montage instance ,trying to load the second one but it freezes all my daws,checked it on several daws,any idea whats the problem?

No problems here. Testing to verify, 20 instances opened with the default patch and everything working. I9 12900k / 64ram, Cubase 14 occupying 10Gb ram and 20% of the processor.

My notebook is a Ryzen 7 5700U 32GB RAN, it reaches 100% CPU and cuts happen when touching, tested in Reaper and VSTlive I had no problems with the license, it works 100% in this sense. But for my setup it was unfeasible.

holyy . this thing is so good i'. in a debate to uninstall everything else i have. (omnisphere/kontakt/sup[erior drummer/ez bass/pianoteq u name it. i could free up couple hundredz of gb.

done. all gone. kontakt, omnisphere, superior drummer,ez bass, pianoteq.

I have this working in Windows 7. I installed in Windows 10 and moved the vst over, installed r2r patch and Steinberg Activation manager in Windows 7; then I created a symbolic link to my Data/ sample drive.

plugin is working however i noticed that the first preload is which is loaded by default when you load the plugin i am not able to hear FMX sound? however if i load fm patches separately they work ok any one experiencing similar issues with patches not being sounding correctly?

MONTAGE ESP sounds fantastic, while playing around with ESP and Cubase 14 I noticed that scene changes are not being recorded in Cubase? does anyone know if Montage ESP is sending the scene change data to Cubase or is that not possible? is there specific setting in Cubase? would appreciate input

Really impressive sound. Much better than many kontakt libraries (in some type of sounds).
It's CPU hungry that's true, expanding buffer size to 8 Gb can help.
I installed it on Studio One v.5.5.2 without any problem.
My configuration it's not weak (I9 10850K, RAM 32 Gb), but with some presets CPU is 30% occupied with one instance.
Thank you very much to V.R. team and of course R2R, they did a great job.
I am really happy with this, great instrument and amazing VST.

I7 12700k 64 gram. Works flawlessly here I rebooted. Before the reboot it was unstable glitchy and cpu was crazy. Now, I'm loading several instances with no hiccup. Try a reboot.
