that's what i said on another post, after a reasonable amount of time trying out the product (not those meager 30 days) i buy legit copies from those plugins that help me the most (and that do not have any weird protection schemes modifying your system files without you noticing...)

seriously. We probably only got 1 good HAPPY NEW YEARS release in TEAM VR's steinbergs elicenser thing, other than that, all of these MERRYXMAS and NEWYEARS "cracks" are underwhelming. Who the f cares or has heardabout MAAT plugins? "Hi we crack such strong protection, here we release shit youve never heard about that uses that protection" whats the point?

IMHO, not really, Steinberg stuff wasn't really cracked. Revision after revision after revision with unstable versions. They just screw up your system if you own legit versions.
R2R is in a different league so far. But hey, everyone's gotta start somewhere. I remember when peace-out made some horrible releases too... ;)

I don't trust VR releases not to interfere with my system and legit software (which they have done many times).

Actually, R2R cracked Toontrack stuff years ago. Is VR release working with legit Toontrack stuff as well? 107 Toontrack products were released by R2R incl their RSA-1024 Keygen. Did VR manage to do a keygen as well? Dont think I ever saw a keygen from VR?



Also R2R cracked XLN XO. Which I later bought because of this (I had the time to demo it properly...).

the only working release is the steinberg plugins e licenser bundle (i own legit 10.5 and all the plugins and addons work fine), other than that the cubase 10.5 pro "crack" is pretty sh!t if you ask me. No one should take it seriously.

Its cool that r2r cracked wibu, but they're basically saying "Hi we crack such strong protection, here we release shit youve never heard about that uses that protection". Like who the F- cares about or has heard about MAAT plugins?

You know what, r2r also know how to crack the ilok stuff...
And while r2r probably have several hundred of ilok 3/4/5 plugins perfectly cracked and working, on their shelves, 100% internal, how many ilok releases did we get, these last 2-3 years...?

The same will happen with the new code meter stuff. R2r are going to release 4 or 5 plugins, as a teaser, and will keep dozens of other wibu-based plugins, 100% internal and unreleased!

We understand you are lucky enough to be able to afford cubase pro... but to many many users, being able to install the 'shitty vr release', as you call it, and being able to have some fun with it, even if they need to reboot their computer once every 3 hours, or clicking in some icon makes the app crash, well, those people are super thankful the v.r version even exists.


If we understand well, to you, cracking codemeter/wibu isn't a big deal... because you don't know and don't give a phuk about Maat, and none of the plugins you need actually use that protection, then, they shouldn't have lost all that time cracking such a useless copy protection, that only protects a few plugins you're not even interested in...

Great mentality, man. You probably don't need any warez apps, and can buy everything you want, but in case there are a few plugins that you need, just write them down, so r2r or other group can focus on cracking them, instead of wasting their time on useless crap such as the wibu stuff, stuff that YOU DON'T NEED.

of course, this isn't a personal attack. I just find it odd, that we should only be grateful for a release, if we happen to be interested in that release.

Regarding v.r, will, they are flying their best.
R2r have been cracking for over 20 years, and probably have over 20 members, all helping each other, that way, one guy can work on one protection, another member will 'attack" another copy protection, e.t.c, at the end, they share the new stuff they have learned...
... whereas v.r, they probably are only 1 or 2 guys, and haven't been around for very long. Taking that into account, I can't expect the v.r releases to be 100% perfect...

I have to agree with you on V2 stuff from Russia. Seems to have a lot of trojans/virus's. Everybody keeps saying ohhhh its a false positive, funny how I don't get the same amount of false positives from R2R. For the first time in years things just don't seem right with the V2 stuff - I maybe wrong but I am not taking the chance.

R2R inherited / copied / reverse and studied/ got access to All The work done by audioutopia, on the fusion/ilok tech...... and WHAT ?

Today, and since after dec2016/audioutopia, R2R have several hundreds of ilok- based plugins, ALL perfectly cracked and working, on their internal shelves.

How many releases did they do ? Mcdsp...softube?...slate digital... hundreds more...? No.
ALMOST NOthing. r2r released a couple of ilok apps, and that's all.

THEN, I think, in 2019, they released a plugin, can't remember what, but it was something like Sonible... and their nfo said 'our first attempt at the new ilok5 version, easy, we did it, bla bla'

What was that ? Another 'proof of concept'. Which means: a huge teaser, that is supposed to remind all the audioz users that we CAN defeat ilok5, will soon have several hundreds of ilok5 plugins perfectly cracked, in our shelves, and YOU won't be getting NONE OF THEM'

and that's exactly what happened: after that first ilok5 release, the were no more such releases !

The same will happen to this wibu/ codemeter discovery.

They emulated the dongle/copy protection and made a dll/emulator that 100% works, they claim they can pretty much crack and release every single wibu-based app, even stronger ones, then they released Antares Autotune pro 9.3 and some maat plugins, again, as a proof of concept.. or rather PROOF OF SUCCESS.

In order to owe/shock the planet, and draw attention from wibu, and avenger/Manuel schleiss, they couldn't just release a notepad.exe app... no... they were forced to release something, and so they had to SACRIFICE one company. They chose autotune pro 9, because it is a super well know app... and at the same time, they can use the nfo to bash V.r a little more and say the v.r release is a massive sheit !

Audioz users know , according to their nfo, an app like sequoia, reason, amplitude, e.t.c, are now officially cracked... as all it takes is grabbing the binaries, and at some point, kind of delete the line 'access dongle , read license and authorize access' by a line 'go read my dll emulator', and the copy protection is defeated in 5 seconds.

BUT YOU, WE can be sure these were the first and the last wibu-based R2R releases.

They could have released the other antares plugins, voice fx, choir, e.t.c e.t.c... but didn't. Why?
It was obvious they wouldn't.
We can call it a miracle, that they dared releasing 2 or 3 plugins.
They could have done 'here is the r2rwaifu emulator, now, wait until we decide to release something's...

One thing is sure.. after the release of this emulator, + all the knowledge on ilok + the experience from plugin alliance, which reminds the truemu syncosoft from Air, on cubase 5.1, it makes it much harder to believe that R2R aren't capable of doing something with the e- licenser from steinberg... or at least, something easily 100 times better than anything done by V.R...

So yeah, I doubt other wibu apps will be released by r2r, in here. The more the users will be begging REASON !...... AUTOTUNE FX........ MAGIX SEQUOIA.......REASON....the mode r2r will hate the community.

I think they are mad about something, I read a couple of forum threads on the other forum about it. Apparently they went mostly internal a couple of years ago. Sucks but at least the public gets a couple of decent releases from them. From what I understand, this public place is only the tip of the iceberg, and the real scene is deeply hidden. They don't need the public to keep going, and they don't do it for the public either.

Let's be grateful and if someone does not like it he better does not visit this page and download anything USEFUL FOR HIM TO MAKE MUSIC or test out for free until he decides if he wants to buy or not a legit copy. I really do not understand people downloading stuff here without even clicking on the Thanks button.
