I just downloaded DEMO LICENCE of Cbase Pro on my dongle, which is not activated and it gives me an error while loading Cbase ,like i have left 0 seconds to try Cbase,then Soft elicencer have not enough permission to run program then quits with an error... I have done one part of the job... And dont know what to think.....

The Soft-eLicenser stored on this computer doesn't seem to have been created on this computer.
Step 3: FAILED (Validating License Usage Periods)
Step 6: FAILED (Sending eLicenser Information)

I had everything absolutely the same.
You need to start from the beginning. Remove everything related to eLicenser, clean the registry. Reinstall eLicenser, create an empty license. Then run fake Soft-eLicenser bundle b13. Launch eLicenser. If the license is inactive, run eLicenser as administrator. And please read what VR writes in the instruction files.

Please i have done many things but never managed to create a EMPTY elicencer. Please can you tell me exact way how to do that.

I already did that things, only Elicenser 6.11.6 and Antitrial b6 working fine. I noticed that error messages doesnt matter. I did system restore and back to 6.11.6 still it gives same errors but its working fine with old libraries.

As a Cubase 10 Pro user I have always shied away from trying this but as it has developed also become more curious.

I would be very grateful if someone would be kind enough to put up a list of what WILL work, and what WON'T work as there seems to be so many conflicting and confusing threads which leaves you thinking what is really working.
Gratefully appreciated.

I took it my own risk , so i don care and because of that i was testing all of that.
Dongle works only with antitrial b10 and below but this newer versions are out of question!

Hey Hennessy, I was answering to Trancegate, because we had a lot of reports from legit dongle users who say that AT can seriously mess with legit licenses... if you don't take the time to backup everything and to remove your dongle before doing anything.

If you have any problem with your legit licenses:

1. Uninstall elicenser (as it is the only way to get rid of AT b12 / b13),

2. Delete the folder "elicenser" in "Program files (x86)".

3. Backup / rename then delete completely the file C:\ProgramData\Syncrosoft\seLicenser.sel. Empty the trash.

(note : don't do that if you have legit (paid) soft licenses. always make several backups of this file selicenser.sel before doing everything)

3. Reboot, then reinstall eLic., reconnect your dongle and try to repair your licenses with the elic.. (You can of course perform a full maintenance, this is not a problem with legit licenses).

I'm sorry, but i can't get the major problem for legit Cubase users. For instance i've installed b13 and Halion (i haven't installed content yet) .

But everything seems fine. Cubase Pro 8.5 runs.

I just restarted my computer.
Dongle and licences are very fine and still there and working.
But when i try to load LEGIT CUBASE 10.5 exe , DONGLE mess it up.
Mono's Cubase Works with dongle inserted but some VST as AMP RACK for me with expired Cbase 10 licence freezes Cubase and make it unresponsive.

To end my story...
it seems that V.R seized original SYNSOPOS.exe in this version , and that is what i guess.
(in ATb10 version was SYNSOP0S.exe )
Because of that defender doesn't detects it as a virus.

When you try to load LEGIT Cubase 10.5 PRO with deactivated C10 licence , SYNSOPOS.exe gets altered from DONGLE and therefore i had elicencer error and until i restarted program elicencer didnt work.

p.s i have done a zillion times maintenace ,update eld etc on elicencer with antitrial b10 without any issue so far.

Anyway i will buy the software as soon as i can to support developer and to use Cubase 5 x64 bcz i like it best!

Thanks for the info. Do you have a legit dongle and how many people do have one?
This might be useful info for Team V.R. to try and fix the issues.

Also I read there install notes. No where did it say to remove the dongle but if you are saying this it should be added into the install notes.

Does b13 have a switch like the older version to disable the Anti Trial?

There is no switch with b13. The only way to uninstall it is to do like said in my comment above.

For the dongle, this is a precaution, as you can't risk anything with legit licenses, better be safe than sorry!

The problem can be really annoying for users with legit soft licenses. With AT (whatever the version) there is a risk that they could loose their paid licenses, if they don't take the time to backup their C:\ProgramData\Syncrosoft\seLicenser.sel before doing anything.

Now i'm running Halion on Cubase Pro 8.5 (I've already installed a content 'Anima') ...

Cubase Pro and Halion works pretty fine.. I've already restarted Win and still works fine.

I don't know really what problem they are talking about.

I'm only reporting exactly what some legit users say, there is no harm on being cautious before trying new things.

My role is to relay information when it is useful, I'm not a $$$dongle user myself so I don't have any mean to verify what the legit users say.
