install:

For an instant installation based on a symbolic link, run:
Kontakt 5.6.8 Symlink Installer.exe
Uninstallation can be performed as standard - via the Windows Control Panel.
Note:
In the distribution, there is another installation script:
NI Kontakt 5.6.8 SymLink SLI installer CMD version (Unzip here) .7z
It is extracted if necessary so that its files are located next to the main distribution content folder - .. \ C \.

Just right click the kontakt app you downloaded and choose the option to extract files.

That .exe is actually an archive file, to be honest I thought that was self-implied here. However, execute that single file, it will extract all data in a folder that you specify. Then do the steps I pointed out above. The content of the extracted folder should be exactly how is pictured in the original post.

What do you mean by "extract the archive..."? There is only the installer, as mentioned. So which files should be placed in (e.g.) the "Program Data" folder?

Could you explain this in deatail for dummies (like me), please?

Funny, when I tried to install from the download folder I was asked to rename my real vst and vstx86 folders. I stopped the installation, created a folder inside the NI folder called "K5 symbolic install" and installed from there and all went smoothly.

Thinking back to word 'distribution' used way back in this thread, it looks like this is a Russian release, and hence the difficulties we are having with figuring out the installation steps.
When I get this one, I'll be able to create something

It's an update to the thing that actually allows you to add libraries in Kontakt 5.6.8 without Native Access.

Hm, that symlink installer thing looks kind of weird. I'll try to make a simple installer from this for everyone who wants it easy.

Can someone please help me? I've installed this version of Kontakt, but when I try to open it in FL Studio, it says "The Fruity Wrapper Plugin has caused a critical error while loading its state"

I think I messed up using the "Native Instruments (HomeCooked TinyToolz 1-6)" It started showing a demo screen but when I dismiss it, it shows full version.
Is there any way to get rid of the activate screen? It also f'd up my previous Kontakt 5.5.2 dirty backup. (Can installing Native Access and/or Service Centre [from previous installations] have caused this?

EDIT: Removed every Kontakt file and registry and got it working.

Different question: can I remove the symlinks and manually add the files to the correct folders instead of keeping those symlinks?

By blocking kontakt using Firewall, Kontakt crashes by Start!!
