So like it runs faster if its NOT on my C drive were I have Windows OS Installed? huh??
Don't make sense since it needs to call it from another drive?

It will run faster on a different physical drive than your C: drive where your OS resides. Google it and you will find the explanation for it.

I struggled a bit with Step 3 when trying to install on an external disk with an alias. In case it helps somebody to have it worded differently:
Go to the STEAM folder wherever you put it, right click the STEAM folder > make alias. Then open a second tab in finder, go to User/Library/Application Support, create a folder called Spectrasonics, move the alias you created of the STEAM folder and put it in the Spectrasonics folder you just created.

Now on to Trilian.. :)

hey man so i see you were able to install on mac. im having trouble opening the iso with keka it keeps failing. i even tried taking out the 7z like somebody had commented before but still luck. any advice?

Hey, so what I did to extract the iso was first take the whole Folder called 'Parts 1-15' and drag it into keka and then extract. I didn't change any name/extension or anything.
It didn't work the first time though, I got an error but don't remember what it said.
So I just tried again, this time selecting all the 15 compressed files (instead of their parent folders) and dragging the 15 files in one go into keka, extract, and out came the iso.. :)

Also, while searching for the link I found a comment on page 12 by nightshade that leads me to think that is what I inadvertently did:

"unpack 7zips in each of the 15 folders, then copy each rar to a seprate folder giving you 15 rar files,unpack these into one iso file"

can somebody please help!! im on mac running high sierra 10.13.3. ive downloaded the torrent and have all the files but im having extracting the rar. file with keka. ive tried taking off the 7z like people have stated before. i really need help. is it normal for the files to initially be in a "VOL" file format before extracted to rar.?

Part 1 is the only folder that is able tp produce an ISO when extracting. The other parts are giving an iso with 0 gb.

ok so i was able to install omnisphere but now when i click on any instrument no sound comes out. ive already took out zm index under sound sources. please help!

so when i click the play button under all the instruments in omnisphere it plays but when i go to play on my midi keyboard no sound comes out. i already tried changing the midi channel to channel 9 but still no luck. somebody PLEASE HELP i feel like im going crazy. im literally almost there but it always seems like i keep running into problems

also i patched both the vst and component and when it came for me to try to put in the challenge code it never asked me to put one it just opened up the application. initally it said "unable to load multi" and then something about the multis being corrupt but the i would close app and reopen and it would open just fine with all the sounds. i just cant get any sound from my midi.

i know ive commented so much haha but ive encountered a new problem. so im able to omnisphere in FL 20 and it works completely fine like literally PERFECT! but it wont work right in Logic pro x. no sound comes from midi in logic pro x. but its only with omnisphere my midi will play sound with any other vst in logic

i want to thank the pirate for this upload! i FINALLY got everything to work. i successfully installed omnisphere and trillian! running high sierra 10.13.3 working off of logic pro x. if any mac users have questions or have run into problems please feel free to PM me. i know how stressful this process can be and im willing to help
