Tried downloading them but didn't work unfortunately. Seems to be a studio one issue tho because the standalone opens fine.
Also reverting back to the last VR release is working for me

i get the same celestial, (reaper latest on win 11)..my suspicion is that like i've experiene dbefore, i needed to have my network adaptor active..so essentially i needed an internet connection, for it NOT to show that login screen...i'm dissatisfied with going that route. the amphub doesn't seem to need it but this and controlhub seem to need it. i'd welcome any tips too.

getting the same issue too but the difference is that I have internet connection. I've previously used the VR version and have cleaned the license file entirely but the R2R ToneHub just doesnt work for me, login page still shows up. Have tried blocking hosts files address to STL tones and that did not help either.

Have you blocked the access to "userarea.stltones.com" in the hosts file? (IP address + domain name.) This is usually enough but you can also configure the firewall.

I assume that even the standalone ToneHub doesn't work for you. There must be a reason, because the R2R STL releases work for almost everyone based on the feedback. Before installing R2R back in 2023, I also tried the V.R release (it was released a few days earlier than the R2R version) and after the uninstall all the R2R STL releases worked without problems. (Win10, Cubase 12) There are always "anomalies" that need to be investigated, this could probably be the case here as well.

Yup the standalone doesn't work too. I've installed this same R2r version on another computer and it works. It's just this computer that I'm using that it doesn't work. There's probably some residual thing from either another installation messing something up or some windows setting perhaps.

Like another poster has mentioned, amphub works perfectly fine, even the R2r version.

It is a revealing info that it works on the other computer and AmpHub doesn't cause problems either. If there was a previous V.R installation (ToneHub), you can try to clean the registry. Compare the two Windows environments.

Edit: If you had a previous V.R install, as a first step uninstall ToneHub and delete all ToneHub folders (not just files inside the ToneHub folders) from the documents and AppData/Roaming folders. (If there is any STL ToneHub left in the program files, program data, delete them as well.) Afterwards, clean the registry. (I didn't need a registry clean after V.R uninstall.)

I haven't tried it offline but since R2R tests its releases on offline machines, there shouldn't be a problem on an offline machine. It should work without problems on an online machine too if the host file has been modified (+ if necessary, the firewall settings).

i think this issues only with WIn11 users, another my friend using Win10 in multiple computer is no problem...

Hello, any luck on getting this to work? I have tried it on multiple computers and it works, but on my studio PC and my laptop for guitar, it is not working, just opens to a login screen. Thank you!!!
