If answer is yes and still have problem "Res_GUI.xpak"ssit. That file located in sourary folder like "....Adds 2 \ A

Yes i launch AD2_Library_Placer.exe

i replaced Resources_GUI.xpak in that Addictive Drums 2 \ App \ ADBV0002 Folder

but i have still this Message coming up :)

Be warned this version will need to be reset every ten days the same way the hack I did for 2.1.6 needs to be reset. If you don't reset the registry entry United Heavy and Boutique Mallets will go into preview mode not allowing you to use it.

The reset is simple just copy and paste the following code into a text file with a "reg" extension, save it and double click on it to reset the registry value. Click on Spoiler to see the registry code.

I have installed this and it works fine in Ableton 9. But in Studio one 3.5.4 I get trial 10 days mode. Why is this happening?

is it possible to select which Addpacks you want to install? or at least is there an option to remove some of them after installation?
i just want to use one or two of the kits, so i don't want to have all 9gb installed

Hello Everyone!

I installed as it described, but when I want to open it says: No GUIBoot found!

Also if I get the link to download the contenet, its in around twenty rar files, and download it with free download, it stakes 4 hour per file?

And how should I use the xln online installer?

Any advise what I missed or skipped? Thank you!

I have a similar problem. It works in Standalone mode but with the VST version it won't even let me open a Cubase project without collapsing the system, I actually had to delete Addictive Drums 2 in order to be able to open my projects again.

Let's hope somebody can help us out, and let me know if you find a solution!

Problem solved for drummah, it was a keygen issue, working fine now.
It all works fine so we need to find where you have gone wrong.

I have the same problem, i'm not an amateur installing plugins, and really,it works only on standalone, but on Studio one 4 it doesn't work :/ Help?

Hello!

I am also having a lot of trouble installing this. If I run the XLN installer with the antivirus on, it doesn't work. If I turn the antivirus off ,it does work, but when I turn it on again it collapses everytime on Cubase.

I don't know what to do, I get an error message like this;

Sorry! A serious error ocurred, try running the XLN online installer again. If this does not fix the problem, contact support.

Error information:

cCottonInstance::doBoot() FAILED! exception: getSystemPAth:
SHGetSpecialFolderPath: logs : Se intenta hacer referencia a un token que no existe.

If anyone can help I'd really aprecciate it!

By the way, when I try to run the installer with the antivirus on this is the error message I get;

You haven't given specific info, what OS, what antivirus?
If it is working with AV off then pull out ethernet cable, turn off modem or whatever, and disable antivirus.

Thank you for taking time to try to help me, I really apprecciate it.

I'm on Windows 10 with the Windows Defender and using Cubase Pro 9.5.

It seems the issue is with the XLN Online Installer because I can't install neither Addictive Drums nor Addictive Keys nor RC-20 Retro Color ( all the latest versions released by R2R ) I uninstalled everything and reinstalled again but I have the same issue over and over again.

All the standalone modes work great, it's the VST that has the issue.

Yes, if I disable the antivirus everything works well, but once I enable it again it messes everything up, and I can't have the antivirus disabled forever.

I have never ever had this problem with any other release or plugin, just the latest releases from XLN Audio, I'm really confused.

Hey guys, i have a problem here as weel - looks like drum vsts arent my best friends... ive got a macbook pro 2012 on high sierra 10.13.3. i downloaded the 2.1.7 mac version and the windows version and tried to put them together. i did as i told in the text document.
1. the first problem which appeared was: there is no XLN Audio folder in the Library/Application Support Folder so I created one myself - i also tried to put the XLN Online Installer in the XLN Audio folder which is in my Applications Folder.
2. I copied the Addictive drums 2 folder into both XLN Audio folders again (the one i created by meself in Library/Application Support and the one in Applications/XLN Audio ... and run the "AD2_Library_Placer.exe" via the Wine App on my mac. it tells me "Library is now placed to: Users/Zweronimo/Library/Application Support/XLN Audio/Addictive Drums" - but it the vst doesnt show in Logic.
3. I just deleted my AU cache and started logic again - now after scanning the AUs it says: "No GUIBoot found! If downloaded, make sure the zip was extracted correctly. Otherwise check your installation"

So here in short is what i did to install:
1. installed the mac version
2. copied the k' files into the right folders
3. mounted the library .iso of the windows release and copied the folder inside to the folders i mentioned above THEN run the Library Placer via Wine

any suggestions? i know someone asked the same question but i didnt find the right awnser to his question. thanks in advance and thanks for the upload.

Hello,I downloaded all 14 files from the different uploaders. While extracting it says that some file is damaged/missing. Downloaded it multiple times. Does anyone had the same issue ?
