Despite the following long text, the point is simple:
a) remove some folders left from the old versions of the installed program (if any);
b) run the symlink creation file - SymLink Installer.cmd;
c) specify in DAW the path of scanning VST2 plug-ins (C: \ Program Files (x86) \ VstPlugins), start DAW, scan for new plugins and use;
d) register (if required).
